Called and left message about my gas account and wanted a call back. Contacted Nationalgrid Customer number instead and they have no idea about this number that called me.

Got a recorded call from 631-621-5341 saying they're with Nationalgrid and want me to call them back at 631-265-6724
I also Contacted Nationalgrid Customer number to see if this was legit and they have no idea..

NOT National Grid!

Incoming call from Jean advising she was calling on behalf of National Grid and requested a return phone call to 631-265-6724, Extension #32.  The Voice Message had "telemarketer sounds" in the background.  Also gave a Reference Number to give when her call was returned.

WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING THE PHONE CALL! The first clue were the words "On Behalf Of".

A fraud. Suffolk county should shut these liars down.

Their company is RAM Marketing and they do work for National Grid as an overflow customer service/marketing office for them. I would know, they just helped me convert. lol you guys should really look into things and get facts before you bash someone on the internet. Have a nice night all!

Called from national gas from phone #631-620-3488. I told them they were a fraudvand hung up on them. They've called stbis past summer  and today 12/09/14. I hope someone investigates.
