Got a call at work on my answering macjine saying that I was going to be sued by a payday loan never heard of the company before these people are idiots do they think they can just call and people will give them their information something needs to be done about them calling you and  harrassing people on their job wish I could get to them the are crazy and use a different name every time they call hope they are caught real soon to much scam going around these days would love to get a hold to them.

Another scam caller , this time using the name Steven White from Legal Department in NY City. Wish they would get caught and stop harrassing me at work and home with their so called legal matters. Trying to get my information so they can take money from my accounts. I don't think so! They are rude and demanding and need to be stopped!

How do we stop these people?  they are scam artists and need to be stopped now.  Stop calling me at work and leaving stupid messages.

I received a call from this number stating that my SS# and name was being used in a lawsuit for an unpaid payday loan.  That I know is not true.

i been getting calls from 631-315-0202 and 347-640-5544 for someone else on my cellphone leaving me messages i figured this chick that they where calling on had some problems and i wantd to let them know thery where calling wrong person and they just keep on calling and its getting me so pissed off that im going crazy i have called them back tellin them stop calling my cell phone there is no one by the name they where calling for its every other day. i have screamed at them and told them off nothing seems to stop these people from calling.  i think just for payback we all should just call them with blocked numbers and flip out and just go crazy on them and see how they like being torched with phones calls every day.  they call any hour of the day too they have called me at 11pm and let me tell you this is bull [***] and somethin needs to get done about this. all we can do is egnore the calls when they come in. its sad that we cant even anwer are phones with out getting harrassed now :(

These people have called my friend and now me, these people are not on the better business bureau and they were rude, unprofessional and were cursing me out. Just do not give them any information. The are absolutely ridiculous and they are scams!!!

Another foreign "company" trying to scam Americans by harassing them, threatening them, and no one can seem to get this stopped. Since they use modems to call out, the company that sells them this phone number does not see the harrassing phone calls to you, but they see when you call them.back! Don't give money. Simply let your phone go to voice mail. They will eventually give up.

This number has been calling me at work saying they are trying to collect a debt and they need my ss# and some more information and don't know how they got my work number but they have been getting on my nerves

I was so glad to see all these other posts here because this company has been calling me as well saying they have my SS number and that i am being sued.  Somehow they did get part of my number but i have no idea who they are other than the fact it is the same man calling who used to call from a 347 number.   It is always the same and he has a very distinct  Indian accent so i know it is the same man.  However he does keep changing his name each time he calls.   Please no one EVER give them any of your information.   These are Major scam artists and it's disgusting that police and phone companies can never get rid of these people because they always change their name and number.

If they're giving you the last 4 of your social, dont panic. The last 4 is easily found with enough digging, but its the only thing any company will ever show.

I've been getting these calls also; they are a SCAM. I would report a fraud alert to your 3 credit reporters as well as to your state Attorney General's office and the Federal Trade Commission, just to be on the safe side.


WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T GIVE THEM ANY MONEY. OR ANY INFORMATION.

Once more, I get another call from these foreign scammers. Won't get anything from me!

All day calling work. finally called from my cell and harassed those foreigners..Called them back 10 times and asked for Patrick..Yea, india speaking man with a name patrick

I got a call from this number using the name Ricky White, with a VERY heavy middle eastern accent.  Telling me the same.  Very hard to understand and I was never able to make out the name of the legal company from New York.  The number came to my cell phone as an unknown caller, and when I call it back I don't get an answer.  Its a total scam, I have contact the payday loan company and have legal documentation about the scam.  You need to contact Cash American and get the information.  They will send you the legal form for your file.  You need to contact the credit breu and have an alert place on your name and SS# so that no one can get credit with out first contacting you.  I just got another call from the same number and when I told them I have legal documentation that they are a scam, they hung up on me.   Just be smart than them.  Tell them you will defend yourself in court and that you have legal document to support  that they are a scam.  IT should stop.  Hope this helps.  There are several numbers they use, I have been contact 3 times, 3 differnent numbert and 3 different names.

For the past six months or so, I have been receiving phone calls on my cell phone from someone with an Indian accent (yet strangely named "Eric Johnson") who claims to be searching for "Douglas Poole."  I have had my phone number since 2006, so I was quite suspicious, although I suspected that some con man just wrote down my number on a loan application.  Now I see that it's a scam.

At first I would call back and clarify that I do not know any Douglas Poole and would appreciate having my phone number deleted from their records.  Every month or so, however, I would receive a new battery of phone calls.  I have gotten increasingly blunt about asking for confirmation that they have deleted my phone number, and will let them know next time that I have reported them online and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, too.

The phone number only appears as "000" on my Caller ID, but they do request that I call them back at the 631-315-0202 (New York state area code).

well this indian man has been calling me as well saying that i got a payday loan from his company that he won't say. He has been calling me at work, my cell, and my house phone.  he knows my email address and he  withdrew money from my bank account so he knew my account number. I HAD TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!! I had to reopen a new account and it was a mess. This has been going on for months now. I get the same man calling telling me about taking me to court, that I am going to lose my job, and my social sucurity in the future. That i have 3 criminal charges of theft and this and that. Every time he calls he tells me he his someone else. One time he was a Lawyer, the next hour he was a police officer. lol I laugh at him and tell him not to call my phone that I have turned  him in and all he tells me to do is have my lawyer call him back in an hour. But in an hour he calls me with a different number. He even called me one day and it came up on my cell as a 911 call, i was scared to death something happend! He is ruthless. I would love for someone to find him and put him behind bars!! He had the nerve to call my house and ask for my husband and on my answering machine say that it was very important that my husband call him that it was a very important matter and to be taken ver seriously and if not good luck to my husband and to my children!!! that was crossing the line so we called the fbi on him and they told us that he was doing this all over and that he just now started doing this in our area and they were working on it. I really wan't to take this creep down!!!!!

Use a whistle, air horn or smoke alarm to blow his ears off.

I just received a phone call from a "0000" # today.  They called for me on my mother's phone too.  They were claiming that I had committed fraud & that I was going to be sued.  He left the 631-315-0202 # for me to call him back, but when I called the # it was not in service...RED FLAG!!!  Anyone got any advice on how I should resolve this problem.

They have been calling me from this number (631)315-0202..I have been getting these messeges that I owe them money and they will send to me to jail, blah, blah, blah. I decided today to get them at their own game. I went to www.prankdial.com . Basically it's a prank website that lets you put someones number in and then a number that you want to appear on their caller ID. you pick the prank you want to send, my favs are "why are you calling my gf in the middle of the night" and "why did you kick my dog" prank. It's basically a recording that they argue with thinking its a real person. The best part is you can record it and listen to the idiots argue with a recording. I have called then 6 times in a row (like they do with me)with this and you can hear the frustration in their voice. At least you can get a little fun out of these scum bags calling you non stop.

I keep getting a call from some foreign guy that hardly speaks english but yet his name is Chris Logan, another one was Justin Hammer.  They say they're from ACS one time and another was Phiton Consulting Services.  They're trying to get my SS# because they say I have a law suit against me for a payday loan.  I told him if he called me one more time the next time he would be talking to the police and he got nasty and started cussing at me.  The scary thing is they have the last 4 of my SS# already and have my work #.  It's ridiculous these foreigners get away with this crap.  Go work for your money like I have to everyday.
