never leaves a message and calls numerous times each day.. blocked them fr calling me

Male with Asian accent and poor English - trying to sell bladder surgery to "ladies". Swore at me ("You f-ing lady") after I asked him to remove my number from their calling list 3 times and asked to speak to a manager.

lol I got a call from this morning for 28592th time so i"m call bombing them. they can enjoy my Spotify dance party.

Calls and hangs up, so I called back- didn't even ring and a guy was on the line. Started asking about surgeries, meds taken etc...Told him nothing except NO.  Seems to be related to lawsuit/legal ads about compsentation claims... Scammer.

Calls very early in the morning keeps waking me up. I block numbers but it doesn't seem to help they just find another number.

Another call from 631-318-0513. Man with heavy accent barely able to speak English mentioned medical compensation. I said, "Oh this scam is still going around'? Haven't answered their calls for over a year, thought maybe their script would have changed.

Keep receiving numerous call from this number.   I usually don't answer.  I called the number back today from a different phone. It is related to lawsuit and/or legal ads about compsentation claims.   I kept asking the man who spoke with Asian accent questions, told him I had not had surgery in order to sue anyone.   I finally told  him I would have my lawyer call them to discuss this for me.  HE said "you have a lawyer?"  I said YES I do and they will be calling you to deal with this  He hung up.   AND yes 3 hours later I receive another call from the same number.
Will it ever stop???  Do Not Call registery  DOES NOT work!!!

A heavily accented female called saying the call was regarding previous surgery/or medication that I was entitled to compensation but the surgical procedures she referenced were gynecological and I have never had GYN surgery nor taken any postop meds for such.  She does, however, deny being a scam.

Incorrect.
The do not call list works well ... for the purpose for which it was intended.

The DNC list does not automatically block calls.  Instead, it provides a list of  "do not call" phone numbers to legitimate telemarketers who pay a fee for the list.

The DNC list exempts political callers, survey organizations,  charities, companies with preexisting business relationships, and some other organizations (such as debt collectors), but these organizations might have their own, internal Do Not Call list (ask them).

The DNC list  is not effective against criminals, spammers and scammers, because those people do not subscribe to the DNC list, and do not care if you are on or off that list.
It can stop calls from legitimate telemarketers, and it does a pretty good job at that.

Modern technology has given telescammers the tools to call you.
Since those telescammers are criminals, they ignore both the Do Not Call list and any request you might make.
Modern technology can also protect you, if YOU do a few simple things!
The first thing to do is buy a call blocker device, service or app.
Then, use it correctly.

Google "call blocker" for more information.

If you cannot afford or use such a tool, then:
* Do not answer calls from unknown numbers ... let them go to voicemail or answering service
* Do NOT return calls from unknown numbers!  All that does is verify your phone number!  And, in some cases, those return calls may cost $20 or more to complete.
* If you have a "dumb" cell phone, assign the scammer's number to a group named "scam" (or similar).  Then, assign a silent ringtone to that group.

Got the call from 631-318-0513.  They refused to answer my question on how they got me number.  Claimed he had medical records that I had surgery at which point I asked him how and where did he obtain my medical records without my consent and in violation of HEPA laws.  First he claim he worked for Johnson & Johnson medical device.  Got a supervisor and he was as ignorant at the first guy.  I repeatedly called them back which only infuriated them more.  One guy claimed his name is Carey Simts.  The eventually just started to hang up but I did manage to tell them that I would forward their number to the New York attorney general Eric Schneiderman.

Heavily accented man said his name was Sean cooper from the state Medical compensation Board? I replied that I was on  DO Not Call  ,  Sean Cooper so stop calling me, Hope it works.

Keeps calling, after I repeatedly asked nicely to be taken off their list. Was not nice today and got called some names that shouldn't be repeated. Next time I am getting my whistle out!

man called asking if I wanted legal compensation if I was injured by birth control or a bladder sling I told him no then he asked me if I was married and if my husband wasn't satisfying me then he could! I s very disgusted.  I hung up with him call the number back and demanded the name of his company he would not tell me,  ask for a supervisor he could not provide that so I hung up with him my husband called them asking the same information again they denied it and he lied saying he was the supervisor my husband was upset at this point so the men called my husband a mother f***** and that he has f***** his wife ( which is me)  last night we reported this number to the police and hopefully they'll be some consequences taken. If I could I would fart in his mother's mouth for birthing such a [***] head.
