6/22/15  15:17 PDT  ID unrecognized so didn't answer.  Message left claims to be GE Security saying that due to an increase in criminal activity in my area, they are willing to offer 5 customers free security systems if they will just post a small sign on front lawn.  First of all, this is a true robo call.  Message is a recorded voice, not a live person and frankly if you fall for this one, they probably also have some swamp land to offer.  They keep calling from different numbers and I am about as likely to answer any of them as to go eat earth worm.  Aside from everything else, I already have a security system, and have no intention of replaceing it before my contract runs out.

They called  today,,,, number is blocked by my call blocker

Called cell phone! Screen displayed this number and NEW YORK. I ignored, and no message was left. Now blocked.

Recorded voice message, robocall, that due to increased criminal activity in my neighborhood, they are offering free GE OnStar security system as long as I put a sign in the yard to advertise it, press 1.

I hung up - if it sounds to be too good to be true, it is.  I am on the do not call list.

Called us saying they were calling to update our google directory listing.  Another scam artist trying to steal information and money.

"Our records show that you are not updating ..."

Just got a call on my cell phone - didn't recognize the number so didn't pick up. They didn't leave a message. Then I looked here to see who's number it was. Good thing I did. I'm going to block it now!

Claimed something about federal program and savings on electric bill.  We are on do not call list so i assume every business that calls is illegitimate.

I did not pick it up and it left message saying 50% off ...I just blocked it

Hung up as soon as I asked for company name

It said it was a public service announcement about my utility bill!

Called , (robocall) several times saying  federal savings on electric bill , on Do Not Call List so most likely a scammer
