Received call today.  I let machine answer calls from numbers I don't know.  Caller hung up when machine answered.

Recorded message from the "New York Police Association" (whoever they are).  Hung up after that.

called today @3:26 PM ; left no message - caller ID shows as COMMACK ,N.Y.

Call came from Commack New York,on 1/28/2015, at 6:52P.M. No msg left . Most likely a telemarketer/ or a scammer!

Call came from 631-343-8720, Commack, NY on 1/28/15 at 8:40 pm.  They left no message, and hung up.  

Message on machine said "Hello, hello? I'll call back another time."

I got a guy who said he was from the "New York Police Association".  I think I received calls from them in the past---VERY pushy. Feels like a scam.   And they keep calling my cell phone!  

Keep getting hang up when it goes to machine.  No message left.   I am on DO NOT CALL LIST!!  ANY MORE CALLS AND I WILL REPORT THEM.

just got a call from them as well, let it ring, did not leave a message- showed up on caller id as "commack ny"

I get called at least once a day. I even activated my call rejection service but they still get through.

got a call from this number.  I said hello no answer.  said hello a second time then got hung up on.

A man named "Micheal Forman "  New York Police Association called reading from a script about me accepting a packet from them.  The next thing was going to be asking for a donation. I told him I was going to report him.  sounds like a scam; who do I report them to?

Said hello and they hung up.

How much difference is there between a telemarketer and a scammer?  My answer is not much!

I got this call the other night, but on my ID it said Ganesh Jacko.  Different number too.  But he used the same name Micheal asking for donation for Police.  He asked if he could count on me for $25.  I responded with a question why his caller ID reads a name different than his.  He said very good question, sooo, can I count on you for that $25.  I called him a few choice words and hung up.   SCAM for sure. What really pisses me off is I notified my local police with info but they can't be bothered.

This number called at 5:50 PM today, I immediately blocked it using my call Blocker device. I will be filing a complaint with the do not call Registry since I have spoken to them (they did call me concerning complaints I have filed) and as per  their suggestion, they advised do not call people back if you see the number on your caller ID file a complaint they are trying to get to the bottom of these calls. Also do not press one either.

They need to stop calling continuously.
