- spammerslammer| 1 replyThis is a scam computer repair "service". Within one hour talking to Norton technical support, this company calls out of the blue offering computer cleanup "services". Don't ever allow any unknown company any access to your computer or consent to any services. They want quick and easy money and theres no telling what they would put into your computer. They could hold your data hostage for an additional fee to get it back, or put in more viruses, adware, spyware, malware, trojan horses. This caller blocked their name from the caller ID so they should never be trusted with your computer or your data. Just hang up on them!
- Caller: unknown scammer
- ArtyD| 1 replyCalled, Hung up with a robo voice "good bye" probably the fake windows technical support group trying to scam people again.
- BSNo one on the line when I answered. I called the number back. Lots of rings, then a recorded voice telling me the person is not available. Call back later. Don't know how they got my number.
- Call type: Prank
- MA SharonFYI: Caller ID = Nadeem Sayyed
- ArtyD replies to ArtyDYep, they called again claiming to be weendows technical support from norton.
- GordyCalled to help me update Norton. Wanted access to my computer. Told no and disconnected.

- Julie replies to spammerslammerThey almost had me believing they were from Dell and wanted to do a check of my computer. I actually do have that service. They said they were calling to do a monthly check on my computer - which Dell does do. I asked them how I could be sure they were from Dell. They said go to your computer and check the phone number. I went to the Dell site but there was no phone number listed. He suddenly hung up on me. The scary thing is that he knew my first name and knew I had a Dell computer. Was he just guessing about the Dell? He could not have been guessing about my name - so these hackers have hacked into something that gives them information like this. Phone number they used was 631-353-4127 and they had called several times today.
- noBS| 1 replyI just got a call from this number. I was suspicious from the get go because they did not know my last name, but they did know my first name, email and that I own a Dell computer (or at least they guessed it correctly). Anyway I played along to see what was this all about, and they asked me to enter the address (www.fastsupport.com) in a browser. It turns out this address is for GoToAssist, which would potentially allow them to connect to my computer and do whatever they want. I did not enter the address, instead I pressed for more information and they told me that they were calling from Brocus Tech Support. I pressed them even further saying that it was not a company that I was client with, then they told me they were calling on behalf of another company (do not remember which, but it was not Microsoft or Dell). I tried to press even further to see what other info they had about me, but at that point the person just hanged up.
This is a SCAM all the way. Do not give anybody that calls you out of the blue any personal information whatsoever, and do not go to any website that somebody you don't know asks you to go! - RonComputer service scammer
- TDGot a call from this number which I didn't recognize so I let it go to voicemail wanting a callback.. Googled this site and saw it was a scam. Thanks for all of the posts.
- SatishThis is Scam company. The calls from this number mysteriously started happening right after I contacted Dell Customer support. My guess is that someone in the Dell Customer service is providing these company with the details.
DO NOT let them access to your computer. - Vladannoying early morning unwanted call
- Kyle replies to noBSSimilar story. I was at work while they called, and work was slow. I ended up spending 30 minutes on the phone with this guy with what I'm assuming was an Indian accent, and just messed with him during the whole duration. They had me to go fastsupport.com; at the website it asks for your full name, and a space for some sort of access key (which the caller provides to you). I believe this is a way for them to remote access your computer, so it never got to that extent on my end. Instead, I pretended that I hit enter and pretended to download the program that pops up after you enter the prior information (or so the caller said). He was confused to find that he wasn't connect to my computer, especially when I said that someone was moving around through my documents and going to pornographic websites. A back and forth ensued for a while of him trying to trouble shoot the problem and me saying the person "controlling" my computer was allowing me to do anything. By the end he was so frustrated and mad at me that he hung up. TOTAL SCAM! Do NOT get fooled, if you are bored and want to mess with some scammer, knock your self out for a jolly good time!
- Larry Donaldson11:50 hrs. 25 Jan 2016: I saw their name and number on my caller ID. I am going to notify Norton Also Dell. They are misrepresenting those two companies and maybe more. They want access to my computer also. Indian (India) speaking person. Why in the hell doesn't somebody trace these [***] down? I gave them NO information about myself or anything else. I was rude and told them no in a language they now understand.

- JaneI just got this call from the number 631-353-4127. They have called me twice today, and when I saw the name on there which was Nadeem Sayyed, I thought you would that be, I don't know anyone by that name, so I thought I would look it up on the computer. I found this site . Thank you for sharing your stories. I never answered and they never left a message either. I have had other calls from other states and some of them are just automatic. I have answered in the past and you say hello and there is no one on the phone. Next thing I hear is good bye. I have written down most of all the numbers last summer, and reported them to the ATTN. Generals office and the no call list. For some reason the do not call list, which I have been on it since 2007, told me they can not catch them, they are names and numbers everywhere. I thought, as I am sure you are thinking, why be on the do not call list if they can just call and anytime they want to. I had gotten calls as early as 8:10 in the morning. My Aunt got a call yesterday at 7:10. She told them, is it a little early to be calling. She listened and then hung up. It is usual someone that is from China or Japan accent, and they say what company they are working for, but I can never understand there accent. I have given all my information to the police, from where I live. and all the can do is investigate with the information you give them. It pretty much stops there. I have talked to the scammers and pretended I didn't speak English, I have pretended to be real stupid. My friend says oh you'll have to talk to my husband about that, I don't know anything about it. and she just leaves the phone off the hook. I may try a whistle next time. So good luck out there, don't let then talk you into anything, just hang up or don't answer at all. thanks for listening.

- Bill Keener| 1 replyNadeem Sayyed called today from this number asking for my mother, who passed away in 2007. When I explained (I was intent on wasting his scamming time) that my mother had died in 2007, he continued to insist that my mother had signed up for an account with them in 2013. (Tech Company.) Told me to open my browser and go to www.fastsupport.com which, of course I had no intention of doing so, but I kept asking him if he could wait a moment. I kept his ass on the phone for about 30 minutes before I told him that I know he's a scammer. On to blocking this number. Toodles!
- Caller: None Listed
- Bill Keener replies to Bill KeenerPS He said he was calling because I (my deceased mother) wasn't getting updates.
