Pay Day Loan scammers.

Recorded message starting with " hello & congratulations, you have been pre- approved..." blah, blah, blah.
I get calls, several times a week from these idiots. Always coming from a 631 prefix, but next three digits vary from 574, to 693, to 247- hard to block. Been receiving calls for 3-4 months, always the same recording. If you hang on the line, you get the typical mid east idiot that states his name is John Smith, yeah right- BullS#@! !!!

Sounds like the others who have posted. The callers sound like they are in a call center in India. They are total scammers, wanting to give me a loan but first I have to give then "good faith money", loaded onto a Green Dot money-pack card to show them I have the financial means to pay them back. They even tell me what stores I can go to, to get the card-loaded.
What bull$pit. At first I tried to reason it out with them- if they are a legitimate loan company they can see any required information from my credit report/score. They need to work on their spiel, as they really suck. I called them out on it, for being total crooks, trying to rip people off (people that probably can little afford to lose any money, at all). Once I started playing a recording of a laughing cow ( a funny, crazy, MAD COW!) hysterically mooing at them they began to lose interest. Mooooo-mooooo, HA-HA-HA-HA, Moo-Moo!!!! Cheap entertainment for me once I figured them out.
