- codewalkeratu| 3 repliesdefinately, if your all getting a call traceable back to these so called investor broker groups, chances are 100% you have been listed into a sold database of contacts for these a** wipes to rid you of your capital.Their primary function is to sell you stock that they already know will go the opposite of what they have talked you into placing with them, stocks, dirivities, bonds, commodities and watch out for the options BS. You see they are allowed to conduct trade to an xxx level and once their percentages% of lost reach a certain level, they just close and go away losing your capital investment whiel they have exocentrically made millions via a third party trader and via their fees. This is war folks so wake the hell up, I lost over 100k before smarting up but if you feel real lucky, then when they tell you to buy, place opposite and if your buying longs, go short opposite. I have a real grudge to grind up their a**es and I am going at it real hard. I suggest you do the same and somehow get your name and contact info off their BS democratically union funded theif sheets as all their after is to remove your capital to someone else. It's real and they are real touchable. BEWARE AND FILE A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR STATE AG with all the info these crooks give you.investigate them on google to see their length of time in business and credibility...[removed:lang]

- RR replies to codewalkeratu| 2 repliesWOW that was such a childish statement,,,, "[removed:lang].." You invested your money like an adult , you lost, no magical formula , and in this day and age nobody is trying to lose clients money. You could have always said no to the trades...Monday morning quarterbacks do nothing to help anyone. Grow up , lick your wounds and come back to fight another day.
- Stop Criminals| 10 repliesIts so funny that RR posted that comment.......its probably one of the woners trying to save its companies already terrible name.....
They called me to try and invest in a facebook scam.....sounds like another Ponzi scheme.....- Caller: Rockwell Global Capital
- Paulacalled our office and asked for my husband's cell #. Was told we don't give it out. He said he was Jose from J&J construction and he was at our house. When I went to take the call he hung up. When I called the number back I was able to determine who had made the call. They have to lie to get you on the phone for business you didn't solicit...

- tiger17 replies to Stop Criminals| 7 repliesi was called to invest in facebook shares prior to going public. Any thoughts
- simple replies to tiger17| 3 repliesIt is obviously not a "scam", big companies such as Goldman Sachs are doing it all over the world. Just because you are too scared to get involved does not mean it is a scam. There are billions of dollars pouring into different deals everyday that end up being extremely profitable. Do not automatically judge before doing your own research and do not assume because you don't know about something that it is a scam.
- intuition replies to tiger17| 1 replyI was also called about investing in this Social network fund where you are able to purchase Facebook shares pre IPO at around 30 share. Any one heard of this would be interested in hearing if this is the real deal
- RR replies to Stop CriminalsNo not at all , but you sit here spewing your nonsense and fear . Your like George W, cause you lost no one else can win? Grow up,,,Facebook is all over bloomberg and CNBC as well as many local News stations. Let me guess they're in on it too?? if stuoidity was a ponzi scheme you'd be the maddoff of it
- RR replies to intuitionNot exactly true. The shares being offered are for accredited investors ONLY and ARE NOT PRE IPO, as the company has not said they would or would not go public yet. Same goes for Goldmans SPV too
- BB| 3 repliesBeleive me I read these posts and thought they where just unhappy clients who lost their money and where just venting. But I was silly enough to open an account so as to be able to take place in the Social Network Fund. After doing my DD I found the Broker I dealt with unprofessinal, Verbally abusive and has a criminal record. He also has a history of trading with your consent. This si what happened to me and they just dismissed it as I didnt open my invoice they sent on the trade. Why would I if I didnt OK the trade.I talked to their compliance guy and he just dismissed it as it was only $800 loss and they know it would not be worth my time and money to hire a lawyer. If anyone has any idea on how to move forward I would love to hear it. Stay away form these crooks,. Check their background on finra.org. I dont know how this guy still has his license. Most unpeasant experience I had trading with any firm.STAY AWAY if want to hold your money. Buyer be warw

- Stockjunkie| 5 repliesthe mindset of these people is classic. They look at investing the same way they look at gambling. Except they are all to broker to play with their own money. Someone once told me to never take advice on money from someone who doesn't have more than you. These fraudster's lie, and give the impression that they are qualified to make investment decision and that they are in fact "players". Most of Rockwell's reps live at home with their parents.
Facebook: Yeah there are hundreds of investment companies and hedge funds with monster balance sheets, firm capital and stellar performance results. These companies are finding it difficult to acquire facebook shares. But somehow, Rockwell Global Capital, a firm with less than 20 million in client assets or any real talent is going to buy shares. If you are stupid enough to believe a premeditated sales pitch from these idiots than maybe you deserve to lose your money.
If anyone can accurately pick stock position that increase in value on a regular basis, than they run hedge funds and make millions every month. the guys that put on a show, call people with no money and pitch pipe dreams.- Caller: Rockwell Global Capital

- RR replies to Stockjunkie| 3 repliesHow would you know their mindset? How do you know "that most of Roickwells reps" live at home? So if all these "hundreds of investment companies and hedge funds with monster balance sheets, firm capital and stellar performance results. These companies are finding it difficult to acquire facebook shares." So if they cant get it, Rockwell must be lying? WOW arent you just diluted ? Why dont you tell the people who post here what your real motives are?
- RR replies to BB| 2 replieswhy wouldnt you just post the brokers name instead of painting every broker with that brush? AFter reading your post im confused your broker had a past of "He also has a history of trading with your consent" isnt that how trading is supposed to be done? ...Did you get shares in the "social network fund" or not? Could you get them if you wanted ? Cause one of the other poster said its a scam and that rockwell couldnt get the share. I heard that the firm raised nearly 13-15 million for that fund. So if they only had 20 million dollars worth of assets and then raised 75% of money under management would mean they have almost 40 million according to the other poster... some people just lie to get their position heard... kinda like George W , and or our current president ... Here it is kids Brokers are like every other profession good apples and bad.
- done with brokers| 1 replyMost of these guys are fast talking NY brokers. Many don't have a college education. I've heard it all before. Don't give them your money as the returns for them will far exceed your own return. You can do it yourself with minimal effort and a decent return. Don't let greed be your guide. 25% ROI, 15% ROI or even 10% ROI may not be reasonable. 6%-8% may be more realistic. You can do that with solid companies paying high dividends. Your up side isn't that fantastic of the capital return, however your downside is limited as well. Buy long term. Anyone trading your money on a weekly or monthly basis is doing you no good. They will eat you up in fees.
