Called me today - this number is a do not call.  Some kind of a sales call.  They hung up, I called back and they left instructions to leave a message to be removed from their list.  Waiting to see if it works.

Called the business landline (a church) and was trying to sell an ice-melt product that was supposed to be better and safer than rock salt. The caller told me I won a free AM-FM radio and confirmed the business address with me (confirmed, not asked for it). After explaining the product, he tired to push me for an immediate sale even going so far as to say "lots of churches give pastors a small account to make purchases, don't you have an account like that?" After telling him I did not and that I would take a phone number for the trustees to get back with him after they discussed the the product, he said, "well thank you for your time anyway," and hung up.

Called me this morning and claimed I sent a card in asking for information re: ice melt.  (which I hadn't)  I told him I hadn't... he said I did... haha.  I just got off as quickly as possible.  Last thing I want is a bunch of ice melt I didn't order!

Received a call from this number today asking for our pastor by name. I asked who was calling from Pioneer Products. When she asked where he got this number, he hung up. He mentioned ice melt, which we have not ordered. Very strange to get this call at our church office. We think they may get information off of FaceBook.

Sounds like they are trying to prey on churches... they called here (a church) and I let it go to our ans machine... they hung up.  

Received a call from a rude man trying to sell ice melt. He even had the address wrong of our agency. Scam number!!!!

Received a call from this number twice now. They always ask for the pastor. When I press for more info before connecting them to him, they hang up on me. They try to make it sound like they are returning the pastors call, which I know is not true because the pastor here does not deal with any salespeople at all.

I called the number back today and got the recording as the person above did, with instructions to be removed from the list.

Received a call today from this number, the caller ID said it was coming from a "Wireless Caller". The woman simply asked for the pastor which I simply replied 'he wasn't there today' and she just said 'thank you' and hung up.

Received a call from 1-631-879-7135 this morning.  I answered typical business answering type and the fellow on the other line asked for the owner (using a cute shortened version of his real name).  I guess that was supposed to lead me to believe that he was a long lost buddy or something.  However, this is not his direct office and the only ability would be to communicate would be to leave a message... caller said "oh, no message . . ", to which I promptly hung up.  

These spamming calls effect day to day business.  I have lost count how many times our lines are tied up - my time wasted on these over-kill spamming calls.  It's a headache that continues everyday.  If your call isn't important enough to leave a message - then don't even bother wasting time calling in the first place.

Received a call from this number today. A male caller. Could not understand him. But he was asking for somebody. Told him he had a wrong number and hung up.

Man named Paul Michaels called and asked for owner.. asked if the owner would know that the call was regarding and he hung up!

We sell livestock show supplies, so I'm not really sure what it is that he was wanting to sell to us! LOL

Received this call today. person was ignorent when I asked for his name.

I received a call yesterday , April 30. Don't remember what they said I ordered!  Which I didn't. Told them to remove my name and Number from their call list. Just received another call from same number.   May 1,2014. Said they were caLling about seed I ordered. NOT!  Told him again to remove my number. .. He kept talking.  Wanted to know if I wanted to buy a couple other things he called off. I kept repeating to remove out name and Number and hung up! Also told him I would report that number if they called again.

Called telling me that he was going to send me a free clock radio.  He said he was responding to a card that I had sent in asking for more information on several products and wanted to know which one I wanted sent to me.  It would only cost $230 and I could pay after it was shipped.  One of the products he named was some kind of diesel additive.  I told him I was not a retail store and wasn't interested in anything he named and had not sent in a card asking for any product information.  He was so persistent that I finally told him I was not interested and hung up on him.  Caller ID said "Wireless Caller".

I keep getting calls from 879 numbers all day long. They do not leave a voice mail. The few I picked up was a Spanish recording. Funny part is when I call them back a regular person answers and says I never called your number. Something funny is going on. The numbers all begin with 879.

I received a call from this number a few minutes ago. When I answered someone tood a deep breath as if they were about to run into a long diatribe and then hung up.
