Called saying his name was Daniel Martin from Marshall and Friedman Law Firm.  Said I owed money to cash net usa.  So i called cash net usa and they have never heard of my.  I have used advance america and there loans are funded by cash net usa so that is where the info may have come from.  I notified advance america that my information had gotten out from them and they said they do not know how.  Well how is not the issue.  The issue is the information got out and this is a scam to get money from a fake law firm.

I also got a call from this number saying i owe. They should be reported.

These people keep calling telling me that i am going to be arrested if i dont pay them money. They tried to say i did something illegal on the internet. They said i was going to be arrested. That i neede to pay them money they have called about three times now. They need to be stopped.

I also got a phone call this am saying I owed $250.00 to Payday1 and that they would see me in court if I didn't pay. Last week I paid $750.00 to another phone number because they used scare tactics saying I would get served at work and that I owed this money. I have been scammed and it feels awful. Especially when I have children and ends are barely meeting.

Y'all this is a scam, the phone numbers show call centers! All of them, look them up on the internet. They told me they were from Marshall and Sullivan. I had my identity stolen at Christmas through PayPal and eBay. I cancelled my checking accounts and savings accounts. I don't have any now! I am also on disability! They call me and tell me they are going to have our mayor freeze my checking account in which I laugh hysterically! I am going to be arrested, they have cursed my child out, told me I am going to be in jail, lose my job. I have worked for 2 of the largest financial institutions in the world, and a law firm. Business is not conducted like this! Be careful and before you hand over your money because you are being threatened and scared do a little research. The number they called from was from a call ctr that has 613-898-101025 plus 25+ numbers. Jenifer left the number 613-909-0003 also several numbers for a call center.

ok i recieved this call last night too.
They said i owe their client money (payday one or cash net whichever) blah blah and that' I have to appear in court in california and thier CLIENT had file a lawsuit against me. I asked where their compnay is located and they said in europe. the person i spoke to was raising his voice at me saying I owe them 352.00 that i loaned. which i NEVER loaned any money from their company.
