Left a msg about overpayment on our workers comp insurance for the last 3 qtrs and to return their call to resolve it. Very impressive and well crafted voicemail message. Had me going there for a minute. Of course they are not our insurance carrier or broker. Obviously a SCAM to get me to return their call to get pitched whatever it is they are selling.

Had the exact same experience, left a voicemail about an over payment on our workman's comp, they are not our insurance provider...sneaky gimmick and like anyone would want to do business with someone who gets in touch with them in a sneaky manner

I received the same call.  It's Corporate Cost Solutions (CCS - Telemarketing).  They are indeed being sneaky.

I received a voicemail from this company. It was a gentleman at extension 17 who didn't identify himself with any company (I googled the number). He was calling in regards to our WC plan 2012 through 2013 and wanted to discuss several errors with our policy and employee classifications. He made it seem very serious and that it was important that I talk to him. Won't be calling him back. Beware. Our WC policy is audited several times a year by our provider. They have a very formal way of contacting our Company.

The phone call came in to my President's phone.  He transferred it to my extension.  The phone message sounds like there is something going on and we have some money coming to us.  I know we just completed our annual audit, and CCS company is not our work comp carrier.  So I Googled the 631-968-8800 number and discovered the obvious.  Shady company, to be sure!

Every company utilizes different methods to attain customers. To assume my company is a "scam" because we use the telephone to arrange a sales meeting is unfair. Perhaps you should take a moment to call back and discover what it is my company can do for you. The phone call would have taken less time than the effort to put in this false comment.

Given how many supposed prospective clients you have alienated,  perhaps you need to take a good hard look at your business model.  That also includes posting repeated messages over and over on this site.  That is doing NOTHING for your credibility.

Chris may be out of line since it is a legitimate company, but its illegal to shill also. This is a caller complaint site. Shilling is rather obvious.. And having a BBB rating is moot.

We understand your position, however we do not claim to be the insurance carrier, broker or anyone else. We are a third party auditing firm representing our clients. We do work with the insurance carriers and brokers to obtain the refunds/credits for our clients. We provide our potential clients with the names and contact information of current clients to call. We have been in business for 17 years and have four individuals making comments regarding our appointment setter's message. Not a single client has submitted a negative review.
