When they answer the phone they just say "hello".... kind of strange if it is a collector.

they use multiple phone  numbers ( spoofing ) so you don't know who's who!

Called my cell at 8am est...  no message...  I will lay money it is a scam artist cloaking their real phone number.

I called them back asked who they were, they told me I do not need to know. What the hell.

it is a collections company called delta outsource group established in july 2009 and based in st louis mo. they are in good standing with bbb but have 9 complaints against them, probably for not leaving msgs.

Liars! Called my ex-husband and the individual referred to himself as an attorney!! I've been told that even when credit cards, mortgages, etc have been waived and charged off - collection agencies and attorneys find these out there & try to collect themselves.

Received a call this morning did not introduce themself, give an extention just very rude and disrespectful. I called the company and reported that person to the immediate supervisor. Very unprofessional.

They call everyday. They don't leave any messages and when I do answer, they hang up. Why call me if you don't want to speak to me?

call once daily and sit there for a minute and then disconnect.

I have an android phone and a call filter app now so that when these jokers call they don't get through a second time, I always check unknown numbers on google now!

Got a call from this number today at 10:20am CT. Didnt leave a message.

They call every day! They never leave a message!!!!!

These calls follow a series of similar calls to my cell using two other numbers. Each called for several weeks, consecutively, never leaving a message. I do not answer these calls. Upon researching online they each had a reference to US Bank and collection agencies. I am not a client of US Bank nor have any reason for collection agencies to call.

I find that really difficult to believe.  They never leave messages...  They do not send some sort of debt validation letter...  Yeah...  Whatever...  

They also break the law with their phone calls before 9am and after 9pm at night.

They've called a few times, both with the 1606 number and they have a 1574 number with same area code and exchange.  The first time they called,they left message for my daughter's half sister, who is nothing to me at all.  The next time they called I answered, but no one was there. Today they called, I answered and they asked for someone named Brock.  Told them no one here by that name.  Very strange.
