This number has called me 3 times in the past 2 days and never leave a voicemail.

This number has called me several times and does not leave a message.  Sure wished I knew who this is.

Called, no message left. To avoid the several calls as stated above, put on block and added to robo prank call list to reverse their nonsense. Chose India IT guy.  http://www.prankdial.com/

This number called with a recorded message that BB&T Bank would like a customer satisfaction survey on my most recent experience at a banking location. I do bank here but did not answer call. If you call the number back the recorded message says the same thing but to call 1-800 bank bbt.  I did not call.

Spam call I think. caller did not answer.

Recieved call on my cell at 755pm Eastern. Gave me same speech, and asked if I was at least 18 yrs or older... at that point. If they dont know that I am or am not, then they got other issues.

Also sent email to BBT to check the validity of this phone call. Will update/post later once I have info from them.

Caller ID said Maritz, which per its web site is a customer satisfaction survey company.  That jibes with earlier comments re BB&T.   I did not answer and would never discuss m yvbanking with any caller, even if it was legit.

Follow up - Response I got from my bank (BBT)

When you are contacted by Maritz Research, Inc., the caller ID will display (636) 827-8100. If you attempt to call this number back, you will receive a recorded message explaining the purpose of the program and Maritz partnership with BBandT.

only a snipet but it is legit from BBT *shrug* still dont like idea of it...

Yes my caller ID said Maritz and 636 827 8100. I of course did not answer. I don't know why surveys should be allowed, they are as annoying as telemarketers.

Repeated call from March 23 but only rang twice.

They called me and asked for info about my BB&T business account.  I hung up and reported then to the fraud unit at BB&T who informed me they had no one doing surveys for them.  This is definitely a fraud and should be reported to the police.

Its coming from Valley Park MO and I have reported them to BB&T fraud unit.  BEWARE!!!

I do bank at BBT.My phone was on charge in another. RM ..Just discovered the missed call.I will check it out tomorrow!! : /

The number 515-303-0185 has called me repeatedly for weeks.  A computerized voice says they are "BB&T Research" and want me to take a survey about businesses I frequent.  This happens over and over.  I hang up, they call again.  I even took the damn survey once in hopes that that would stop it, but it didn't.

Back at it again. Rang 3 times at dinner time then hung up. Back on block list.

Rep said she is calling to conduct a customer service survey for BB&T. I asked her how she received my information and she stated she was doing the survey for McDonalds. She then apologized when she realized when she realized her error and said she meant to say BB&T. I felt really uncomfortable then and told her it was not a good time and I wasn't interested. Italy be legit, but that mistake made me really uneasy.

636-827-8100 claims to be a company named Merrit, and doing survey for BB&T. When I directly asked if they worked for BB&T, the answer was , I work for Merrit. I will check with this bank and see if they actually hired this company. But I doubt it.
