These people call me everyday & claim to be visa & mastercard & say they want to reduce my interest. I waited on the line & the guy was chinese or asian.  I told him do not call my house but they call everyday from different #s.  This was the latest #.

just received a call from this number, and maturity of this guy was unbelievable!!  when I asked to be removed from their calling list, he started asking me questions....  what I did....  told him I didn't think this was any of his business, then asked if I watched porn, and that he had a 12" ****!!
Then stated my address, and wanted to know if he could come visit me?!?!?    Seriously?!!?!?!?!

This type of call is usually from outside the U.S. They ask you to push #9, which I understand that if you do that, then they can actually use your account to run up an astronomical bill. Not sure how to block these types of calls.

rec'd call from this #, claimed they were from visa/mastercard and wanted my credit card #'s to lower my interest rates, when i started asking them what company they were from she would only reply visa/mastercard. i asked to be removed from their calling list and was hung up on before i finished.  I tried calling the number back but only get a fast busy signal...reporting to local authorities so word can be spread!!!! Also we are already on the national do not call registry so that didn't block them.... BEWARE!!!! Don't give any info.....

Please let everyone know about this scam that is going on, I got a call from the people who wanted my credit card # so they could lower my interest rates....I am sure there a lot of really trusting souls out there that might be tempted to go along with this and get scammed big time so it is important that the word gets out about these dangerously viral robo calls.

We received a voice mail from this number.  It was a generic "you're eligible for a lower interest rate!" message, and I'm sure it's a scam.  I think that we get one of these calls every week or so, but I don't know if they were using this number.  We're also on the do-not-call list, but I think that these (overseas?) jerks don't care about that.

Someone/something  from this supposed number called my phone on 21 Mar 2013, but left no message.  Could  a valid telephone number start with three zeroes?  I don't think so!

The callers were the drug- addicted "card service" scammers. The only purpose of their calls is to fool people into giving them their credit card numbers so they can rip them off. They pretend to be associated with our credit card companies, but that is not true--they are simply lowlife criminals, out to cheat us!
