I answered and they hung up

I have a strong feeling that this was one of those India-based scam calls where they are trying to report some phony problem with your Microsoft system scam you out of money.

It rang for a long time, I never answered.

I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer it.

They stated they were calling from the government and wanted to give me a $10,000 grant! I told them last week to remove me from their list, but they called again.

This is Sam from Microsoft calling about your personal computer. Hung up after telling him to take me off his list

They told me they were from Microsoft and there was a problem with my computer.  I asked them, "What's my name?"  The said "Allen". I told him, "You have the wrong number."

Didn't answer. Didn't know the number

They just called me as well and said the same thing i hung up and before i did i said the only way im getting that money is by working for a living

Caller with foreign accent stated he was from Microsoft. He claimed I had a virus and needed to get on my
computer to "fix". I laughed and told him I had no problem as having several anti virus malware programs
one active and others run regularly. I could hear one of his cohorts on the phone with same routine calling
another person. He finally gave up and hung up. Under call type on here there should be a selection type for
"Scam".

The caller had "Indian" accent and said he was calling from the government who wanted to give me $11,850.  He gave me a call back number to verify but I didn't call.  202-798-3026

Just disrespectful

They told me they were from Microsoft and there was a problem with my computer.

I told them I didn't have a PC and they hung up lol

Disturbing phone call

They called me and asked for "Erica",  I told them they had the wrong number and asked them to stop calling me. The caller replied, with an Indian accent, "no, baby you know I miss you. I'm going to [***] you very nicely". I said [***] off and hung up. Some real creeps out there.

Called me and told me that they somehow were getting detections of a virus on my computer. My computer has not been hooked up to wifi or internet access is over a week. When I called her out and said wouldn't I need Internet connection for you to receive this information she didn't understand me and continued to ask me to turn my computer on and I hung up. Like most other comments the lady had an Indian accent.

Claimed to be calling from the US Government and trying to give me $9,000. Sorry but I know enough about my own country's government to know that's a big fat scam!!!
