2nd Call- Look at phone number digits - looks fake.
641-321-1234 called Apr 26, 2014 at 9:27 am. Caller ID = NAME NOT FOUND, which sounds like SPAM.641-321-1234 called Apr 26, 2014 at 9:14 am. Caller ID = NAME NOT FOUND, which sounds like SPAM.

Yes, 641-321-1234 was certainly a fake caller ID.  Same number called me on 4/26/2014 with ID name "IOWA CALL".  They left the following prerecorded message.
"We would like to give you some free info on our environmentally safe all natural septic tank cleaning product. The product is USDA approved for safety and is fully guaranteed to eliminate the need for tank pump out and prevent any costly repairs by maintaining your entire septic system or cesspool. If you'd like free information on how to maintain your system and protect the environment, please press 1. If you'd like to be removed from our calling list, please press 2."

Same people called a second time 3 months later (on July 4th holiday).  But from another obviously fake caller ID 225-555-1111 with name "LOUISIANA CALL".  <--- Seeing a pattern here.  The prerecorded message was identical.

By the way, their previous fake caller ID (641-321-1234) is a real phone # the scammer "borrowed" from a certain radio station in Iowa. Possible motivation for scammer picking that phone # --  Back in 2011, a news report was posted online by the radio station commenting on court case against "PBK Products" in West Palm Beach, FL.  PBK sales people were arrested for tricking elderly customers into buying unnecessary septic tank products, like a 70 year supply of "special" toilet paper.  Later the scam was continued under company name "Septic Savior".  I suspect these calls we're getting are connected to PBK or Septic Savior, and may actually come from West Palm Beach.

Correcting a small error.  That company name was "FBK Products" -- not PBK.

FBK Products -- also known as "Septic Remedy" and "Septic Savior" and "Septic Maxx".
