Got a call from the number; per with Indian accent - calling to help me with my "Legal claim lawsuit", for a bladder suspension, or mesh or something.  Never had those procedures and he told me I did - told him I think I would know what surgeries I had.  Told him to remove me from his system or I will file legal charges as I have his number - and he immediately hung up.  These people drive me crazy.  I entered the number into my block list, for what go it does as they just call again from another internet line.

These annoying calls  have got to STOP!!!
they are using 2 different numbers to call.
Same questions, same accent from India.
I have threatened them that I will call the Att. Generals office.
The other number is 469-619-1197.

BEWARE it is a scam.

These calls come 4-5 times a day. When I block the calls, they use a different one and call again.  Is there anyway to get these inconsiderate people with no consciences to STOP?????

This number 6462056656 call 5 to 7 times a day and they don't say anything just Tye's up my phone. They need to stop calling its getting on my nerves. If I don't pick up when the answering machine does they hangup and call back tell we answer and then they don't say anything

I get at least a call a week from this same person. Sometimes the numbers are a little different. Always an "Indian" sounding man. Calling from the "Legal Medical Department to help me with compensation from your bladder mesh surgery you had a while back". I can never get them to give me the business name. He just says he is from the legal medical department. He did transfer me to his "supervisor" today who hung up after I asked him for the name of his company.

I just received a call from this number. There was an Indian or Middle Eastern sounding Nan offering to help me with my legal claim for bladder mesh ie blood thinners. When I assured him that there had been done type of mistake, he kept insisting that he was right. Then there was silence, and shortly thereafter he hung up.
What did this mean? Why would he call and do this?

Two calls two days ago within an hour. A third call today. I didn't pick up but now I'm curious! I'll answer next time and see what happens.

The problem is---these calls are originating from overseas boiler rooms out of the reach of US law enforcement, with the perpetrators using computers (VOIP) to alter their identities and locations. Your best bet is to invest in a call blocker---one which can be programmed to reject calls from multiple area codes.

I answer and they say nothing, wait about 10 seconds, and hang up. SO annoying!
An Indian man called earlier from a different number and I told them to remove me from their list.
Next time this number calls I will be sure to tell them I'm going to call the cops if they don't stop! haha

I also am getting calls as previously reported - someone with a strong Indian accent asking me about my about bladder surgery/medical sling - I told them it wasn't me and to quit calling as they have been calling multiple times a day - very annoying.

We have gotten these calls for the last 3 days. 3 -4 times daily. No answer or messages.

My mother, who is hard of hearing, got a call today from this number, said they were saying something about something medical.  So I would like to thank all of you on this board for your comments so I was able to tell her that, according to the internet, it's a scam and not to worry about it!

Call blocker might be of some help. There is no way to stop the calls from being initiated.

I have been getting these calls for months...they are very argumentative about this that I am ENTITLED to medical compensation!!!!!  I once humored them and tried to ask for a number to call back...the guy mumbled the numbers and was very difficult giving me a number.  Finally when I got it and tried to call back later it was (of course) a wrong number!

been getting those calls for a while now. i call back and they assure me they have access to my medical records. funny never had any vaginal surgeries. they dont like it when i start yelling at them telling them to stop calling me. guess ill have to waste my time and block them from calling me. they call from about 5-6 numbers. fl, il, ny, ms. they also call from a 3456 number.
