Call from Jason Smith yeah nice foreign accent lame arch called from 646-205-6657 probably a spoof number his tone on the voice message was threaten; it scared me so much that I decided I'm so scared (lol not really just another lame scammer calling ).

Left a few threatening voicemails.  Called them back and went to talk about an affidavit.  When I asked who is suing me and for what they weren't clear and said it could be money laundering, unpaid bills, electric, loans, bank overdrafts.  They were trying to scare me which didnt work.   Was able to call them back and when I told them that if they were trying to reach me about being sued I would of gotten a letter by mail.   When I mention mailing address they kept diverting to Email.

I have received 2 phone calls from this number. Also Jason Smith... samething..

Just left a lmessage no  name or didn't ask for my name guy had a English accent and said to not ignore this call to have my attorney call back and it's in my hands if I ignore I have good credit and have no bad debt so it sounds to me like a scam

Apparently some company plans to file a lawsuit against me for some crap about how I received over $5000 and the company uscs couldn't retrieve it back from my bank so I'm going to jail unless I pay x amount of dollars today LOL

Left a very discombobulated message on my voice mail. Called back and asked what it was about and a foreign woman told me it was about a lawsuit which would be filed against me and she needed my attorney's information. It sounded like there was a party going on in the background. I laughed and said normal people don't have attorneys on call and a law firm would never go about suing someone like this. She told me that I would find out tomorrow and to "watch out". I'm super scared.

Foreign accent male left 2 voice mails. 1st call was at 6:20AM (!!!!) on 5/12.  2nd call was 2:32 pm on 5/13.  Didn't answer either time and actually now have number blocked.  Standard scam of "if you dont get back to us right away all I can say is 'good luck' ".  I feel sorry for those who actually fall for these schemes.  You know there are those who do or these would not be so prevalent.

I got two voicemails from this number today. One was only half a message, which means it started before my voicemail was ready. That means it is an auto-dialer with an automatic message. They are just dialing numbers over and over until someone answers. What a joke.

Just got a call saying the something about a so called lawsuit. I know it's a scam but they didn't ask for money only my attorney info.  Who has an attorney on stand by. I told them to send me my charges and have someone come pick me up.  I didn't conferm any information they had about me interms of address or anything.

I also received a call and they lefted a message saying that I need to call back and the phone us very sensitive and I need to call back.... if not good luck.... what the hell! Wondering how they got my number!!!!!

Recd call from 646-205-6657, when answered had a strange message of a male voice to call 646-918-5702 and I needed to call ASAP or 'good luck' to me.  Called the 646-918-5702 and spoke to an Asian lady that wanted my attorney's name.  I inquired what this was all about, she tries saying I have received notices and I said No I haven't.  I ask for more info and she proceeds to get my file.  Reads a bunch of blah blah blah and tells me basically concerning an Electronic Transfer of Funds from my bank (even finally gave me bank name of Wood Forest Bank) and I have Violated FTA Regs, Committed Check Fraud and Stole Money, and I would be put in prison, loose my drivers license and my SS # would be 'black balled' (her words). The address they have on me is at least 8 yrs ago, they did have the last 4 of my SS# and DL# was for a State I have never lived in.
They gave me a Case # and also the bank I supposedly used, which was 8 yrs ago in another state and the acct. has been closed for 6 years.  I called the bank (Wood Forest Bank) in Houston and they confirmed I did not owe them $5,784 and also said I was not the first one to call about this today.
The bank is reporting them to the FBI and FTC and suggested that I do the same and also to Attorney General of my State, all of which I have done.  Use this Link for the FBI - gives instructions on reporting.

someone called advising that the united states credit agency has filed a lawsuit against me. when asked what for no concrete answer.

Just received a call from this number and a I called it back. A foreign man answered the phone and when I told them stop playing on my phone and hung up a female called me back and then a man. Don't have patience for stupidity.

Over the last four days I have received for voice messages on my cell phone and 2 at work from the same number. All the same message call back immediately or good luck. Same thing as other callers where the message started long before my voice message  kicked in.
This is definitely a scam and not the first time I've had this type of a call

Same exact scenario with me too! Asked the same questions and apparently he got upset because he started yelling in his foreign accent but i'm American so ummm yeah...Me no understand (Call Ended) LoL.

these are the same people with a phone number 646 918 5702 biggest scam in the world have been calling me for 2 years now and I have never gotten arrested nor has anyone come to serve a warrant...they call my work and they call my cell just block them..I have reported this to the FBI to scam alert to the internet scammers, to no avail...they call from so many numbers they cannot be stopped...blow a whistle in their ear if you answer and they start with "this is lawsuit"

Called our medical office and said he expected to hear from our office or our attorney and if we failed to comply he wished us "good luck".  No name, no company - had an accent.  Left number to return call 646 205 6657

Received numerous calls from 646-205-6657, used threat tactics of lawsuit and $ owed.  Once I demanded the name of a manager, I was transferred and informed the manager I too was in the legal forum and would inturn file a suit against them for harassment.  The manager was eager to say my number would be removed from their cold call list.  Do not threaten me with the expectation of no response or action from me.  Please try me.  I live for this.  Get a job!!!

Got a call from this number saying I had an arrest warrant being issued couldn't understand what the hell they said the charge would be for as it was voicemail. I called back and some Arab asked my name and number. What the [***]? These [***] called me! You don't have caller ID?
