I received a call from a person named Mike from this number at my work!!!!!!
Claiming I owed money for a loan I did not receive. He was very rude and threatened me!!!!!!!!

So I just got a call supposedly from officer Jason Roberts from this phone number!!! Very rude! He said i owed for a loan i never got from some company and he wanted me to verify my information, I asked him what the company name was again before i would verify my information he said he wasn't going to tell me anything if i wasn't going to verify. He then said good luck in court and hung up on me. I have only had 1 loan in my life and that was for my car!!! never a payday loan or anything! so do not verify any information with these people its such a scam!! does anyone know how to legally report them?

I am sick and tired of the people calling me acting as if they are from a federal Investigation department.
I just received a call from a man claiming to be Office Kevin Smith with the U.S. Financial Crime and Investigations Department. He is claiming I owe U.S. Fast Cash Internationl $425.00. He threatened me with arrest, or I could settle out of court for $425.00 or go to court and pay $5000.00. He said I broke 3 laws. 1. Federal Banking Regulations. 2. Check Fraud, 3 Theft by deception. He gave me a case number of AL7014521. He kept covering up the mouth piece of the phone and then I would hear more people in the background talking. He had a very heavy accent and was hard to understand. I laughed at him and said I didn't owe U.S. Fast Cash International any money as it was already paid and that I wasn't going to pay it. He hung up on me. GET RID OF THESE PARASITES PRYING ON INNOCENT PEOPLE. This is the second type of call I have received this week alone. That doesn't count the ones I fell for in January and ending up paying out over $2,311.00 because I believed them until I started checking out the phone numbers that were calling me.

I just received a threatening call from 646-434-9909 NY state and I spoke to a guy with a broken accent who claimed his name was John Wright.  Thank you all for posting this scam because I looked this up before I called him back.  He threatened to call the cops on me and to call my employer to get me fired.  I basically laughed in his face! Something needs to be done about this because these people are crooks.

So i was just contacted by the same person!!!! told me the same exact thing...but a different case number. this is horrible!!! how can we get these ppl to stop contact us. this guy called me at work!!!

I just received a phone call from a John Wright and was demanding money from me for a Payday loan I have never heard fromand when I questioned him about it he told me he was going to contact my employer and have me arrested. He is wanting 250.00 off of my debit card and wants me to send my information and my drivers license. Please help me out and get these people who are harassing people. Had me scared to death, because I have never committed a crime. What do I do about this situation?

I am getting serious harrassment call from a Officer Matthew Brown (who is some thick accented foreign national from India) threatening me and somehow knows even my work number and company name and stating that he is going to get me fired and I am going to suffer the worse possible life if I do not comply with some criminal case with my social security number. F'in arsshole!
Financial Crimes INvestigation Dept. that he claims a legal lawsuit against me ...what a joke. Seeing that I have gone through complete criminal and FBI background checks for my job  this year and nothing came up.... TOTAL SCAM!

Got the same calls and threats. Get a lawyer like I did and and records phone calls like I did. I never got  payday loan and was a victimof ID theft. The name he gave my was Sam Daniel.

I got a call from the same people claiing to be from the office of Kevin Smith. Best thign I can recommend is to report them and all the info you can get on them to the FTC.  The FTC turns it over to the people to follow up and prosecute. The more info we can give them the better luck they will have.

I got a call from 901-202-9909 a officer kevin smith yesterday saying i owe a loan for 6,000 and that i had to pay the courts and legal fees threating me if i didnt pay i admit i was so mad i couldnt function but when i found out it was a scam i cntacted my social security office and got it tooken care of.

Got a phone call from officer Kevin Smith. Exactly the same treatment as above. Trying to get me to part with $500 over the phone for something I didn't owe. Was very rude with me and threatened me with arrest and legal action. I told him that I had no proof that he worked for the Federal Crime Department and laughed at him before hanging up. He then phoned back 3 times in a threatening manner. Absolute scum!

Got the same phone call from the very same person. When he first started harassing me I paid fifty dollars and didn't realize that this was a scam, because I do have payday loans that I am currently paying on time ever month today he called and I asked him bout the loan information he got mad and when I told him that I wasn't going to give him the money he played it off as if he was calling my job to get me fired so I played it off and was like OK I will get the money today I called my job and talked to my manager she said she didn't received a call so I typed in the number on Google and found this page I then reported him to t FTC and also I called my card company and got a new card. Do not panic like I did and fall for his crap just report him to FTC and do not answer just phone calls again. Hope this helps

There is certain John Wright that almost got me.
I'm selling something. Then That John Wright contacted me and paid me through Paypal and send the item to South Africa.
But FEDEX personnel notified me that this is a scam.

this is kevin smith calling from the federal crime and Investigation Department and that I owe him 1.2 mil dollars . He will aresst my family within the next 24 hours and will rape us to death. I called the fbi and notified them and the fbi is coming over to help record the adress fromw here the calllw as beign made from

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

I received a phone call and they some how found my email address and threaten to take me to court and said I would go to jail.

March 20, 2015...just received a call from Kevin Smith with the same case number AL7014521 claiming that I owed $3800 to the IRS

I haven't received a call from any numbers but I hva received emails this morning. claiming to be a part of USA Organization. said he had an affidavit and that my court cost would be $3500. This had me so rattled and scared because I have never hade any court issues. he presented all this out of court settlement options and everything. I then started googling his company name and nothing pulls up. until he mentions the FCI, I look it up and nothing but SCAMS. its sad to see people like this. Im an military veteran and it shames me to see something like this.
