Had a call at work today from a fake loan company asking me if I had an attorney. This isn't the first time I have dealt with this type of phone fraud. I just kept mentioning that I was going to report them to the police and they hung up. They sound like they are from India. As before, they knew my social security number.

Yes i recd a call from 646-289-8380 saying the same thing , I just hung up on them .They must have a list of phone numbers.

Dwight Johnson telling me I owned money for a payday loan and asking to speak to my lawyer. He said he was a lawyer.He threatened me. I hung up on him. He called me twice today.

I was contacted wanting me to verify my social security nuberon 12-17-2010. I was told I had a outstanding online loan in the amount of 350.00 dollars that they were collecting for and that it was Cash Advance in which I had the loan through. I have no loan through cash advance. This man was from another country such as India or Nigerian accent. He read off my social and supposedly my bank routing number and repeatedly wanted me to verify this info at which time I would not and he stated federal law states I have to confirm this info and I again told him I would not and he then threatened me with a lawsuit and wanted to know who was my lawyer at which time I requested his name and on what date was the loan supposedly taken out and he hung up.

I want to make it clear this is NOT Cash Advance!!!!! It IS a scam to get your money .

I have received several phone calls from these folks - even calls at work. The more I press them, the ruder they get. They have ALL my financial information. Where are the authorities on this?

I have been receiving phone calls from the above number as well as my place of employment. Stating that they are attoneys and have a claim adjust me. These people speak with an accent and get very angry when speaking to my place of employment when no information is given to them. These phone calls need to stop

I got this call today. I messed with him, because I was in that kind of mood. He got irritated with all the information I was trying to get out of him. I spoke with "attorney Dave Matthew" from Financial Law Dept. Seattle, Washington in Queens County!!! his number is NY, NY if you reverse phone.  I plan on having some more fun with him.  He got upset with me and called me Dumbo, haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa. And yes he had an Indian accent. Poor guy.  Happy new year!

This is my weekly fun call. I mess with the poor [***] so much. He only knows my name. I have so much fun with him. I actually told him a story about my Dog. I dont even have a dog. Dont let this bother you have fun with it. They actually had not called me in about a month and today I had more fun he just hung up again. Once they realize you are not a mark they will stop.

This cockwasher calls me everyday.
