This number called me saying that I needed to pay them money for a cash advance usa loan that I never received but that I would go to court if not payed before monday.

This character has called me from area codes 631-707-305 and now 646 about a legal matter. I told him that I was already on to his little game and he hung up.

This number called me about a cash advance that was supposedly taken out in my name, saying I am facing 6 months in a federal facility because th loan wasnt paid back. They gave me bank info that did not belong to me, and I believe its a fishing scam.

This is a complete scam.  Guy is in the Phillipines.  Not the USA.

I received a phone call from this phone number and was told if I did not pay this money, they were going to contact my county District Attorney and asked that I be arrested for not paying this payday loan. I advised this Idiot, to take me to court, but have not received anything from the District Attorney Office. This is a scam, so tell them to [***] OFF.
