this also is a scam PAYDAY LOAN he started calling from 646-499-5324 which is a scam same person KEVIN BENSON says he's from a FIELD OFFICE stated that I owe a balance of $310.00  from a $510.00 loan I paid him $200.00 but I am not going to pay any more I have got a legal lawyer to try and check into this nothning but a scam

getting calls from this person Kevin Benson he has switch numbers from 646-499-5324 to this number 646-499-5324 its a scam also i have made a police report

Kavin Benson started calling from 646-499-5324 then he changed number to 646-355-4189 about a payday loan he still calls my office this is nothning but a scam

He called me from 646-499-5324. Saying the same thing. I never had a payday loan from anybody.

He called me and left a message stating that it is a legal matter and if I wanted to resolve it out of court,to contact him,when I called he answered with P.S. law offices,nobody I know has ever heard of them,he says his name is kevin,but he sounds like he is from India.I think it is a big scam.I told him the person he was looking for doesn't live here and he apologized for bothering us.I don't know how they get our info,but I know that I don't have a loan,so I can't owe anything.I am sick and tired of this scam artists.

U must be 1 of the scammers telling sum1 not to take it lightly I know that these dumb ass people are not really with any law firm they barely can speak English and very unprofessional!!!Don't take a rocket scientist to figure that 1 out! Don't give them any $ or info just hang up on them.

Man called barley understood what he said i had to ask him to spell the last name and he did but it was wrong so i told him he had the wrong number.  Jeez if you cant even read the name off the list or spell it in english dont call the USA

These idiots admitted to my friend that it is a scam they are calling from india on a laptop my friend told him hes gonna help them do it a better way so people wont kno its a scam only if he turns the phones off and give it a break for a while i havent heard from them since haha nobody fall for this def is a scam

@ judy u have to be working with them or something to say that just by the way they "try" to explain things they have no clue what to say i told them i was an attorney and he came out and told me everything it is a scam and i cannot track them on the phone they are calling from because they know how to hack into things and they are never going to get caught its impossible dont fall for this people! They told me at first they are a law firm next time he told me he was a bill collector which one is it?

I recieved a call from 646 355 4189 today about an online payday loan that i have failed to pay back. I asked him what company it was for, because i do have a payday loan however i have been making payments, but he said it was impossible for him to find out. He said the company filing the lawsuit against me is Cash Advance USA. He said if i didnt make a payment, a sheriff would come and give me a subpoena to go to court. I believed him. The guy sounds like he is from india and now im starting to think it really is a scam. He told me he suggested i pay with money gram because doing a credit card payment would be too sensative. He gave me the name Kamelia Cole in Killeen Tx 76542 to send the money to. I sent $60. I want to know if anyone else has recently had this issue......if thats the case im going to file a police report. Or if anyone knows 100% that its a scam and has gotten their money back, please let me know how. Thanks.

jessica sanchez-you paid money to a scammer? they will call for more so dont pay them anything!! they are ruthless and are from another country and use american phone numbers. tell them you have reported them to the FBI and FTC. They are idiots and now that you have paid them money-they will be calling back for more. too bad you cant get the money back you already paid to them.

Wow.....thanks for the info. I will call them and tell them i have reported them. Its scary because he has the last 4 of my social security number. This is so crazy.

I recieved a call today trying to get in contact with a long time internet friend I have never met.   Other than facebook there is no way to associate us together as friends as we live on entirely different sides of the country.  Although this seems like a scam, do your homework.  Do not give your personal info, and do not share anyone else's.  They told me they were looking for this girl and asked me for her personal contact information.  I was unwilling to give it to them so they tried to end the call.  I called them back and asked how they had my number and told me it was used as a secondary point of contact.  So that lead me to believe  that it's possible she used my number/contact info as a secondary contact.  So I asked them, and of course they said yes, but they did not know my name.  Then it got a bit weird after.  They asked me if I had ever met her, in which I have not.  So they said we don't need to know anything else about you, just please pass this message on.  All they told me was the seriousness of the matter and they are pushing for a court date.  They told me they are With Pierce Law Office out of New York.  Although, I haven't found an actual Pierce Law Office in New York, their are lawyers in New York with that last name.  They did talk with a middle eastern accent but it was easy to understand.  I'm 50/50 on this beaing a hoax, but like I said be very reluctant on giving any information out unless they provide you with facts.  This was all about a pay day loan apparently.

An India guy calling himself Kevin Benson has been calling me threatening me with legal action and threatening my wellbeing if I don't repay a loan I never got.  He reroutes his calls from India to New York City to avoid tracing.  He told me if I don't repay the loan I'm taking my life into my own hands.
