claims to be irs warning me they are filing lawsuit against me, then proceeds to ask me my first and last name. told him to send me a letter and he hung up

As of 11:40 today they have called 3 times, each time it had been an automatic message saying: They had been trying to reach us and this is the final notice, the IRS is filing charges against us and we should call this number 646-357-1709 for information.

Same thing... as of 4pm today they have called 4 times stating that the IRS is filing charges against us!

Telling me this is the final notice that the IRS is suing me. That I need to call this number to have it resolved.

They have called me 4x in7 hrs.  They say the IRS is suing me and give this number to call.  Sounds like many people in the room , like telephone sales.

Over the past two days, I have received no less than eight call from this number with a pre-recorded message that the IRS is suing me and to call them back at the same number (646-357-1709). So, I called them back. A guy with an Indian accent answers and asks if he can help me. I gave him an earful, and surprisingly, he didn't hang up on me! I told him I KNOW they are scammers, they're NOT the IRS and that they are NOT suing me. I then told him to take my number OFF their list and to get a REAL job! He never confirmed that he would remove my number or not before I uttered some expletives and hung up. Only time will tell if my call will do any good, but I'm HOPING it did!

We have received 20 calls from this number.  If you call back, it is a boiler room. The "man" I spoke with was very fowl and propositioned me.
