Kept calling but didn't leave a message.

Called me wanting proxy vote for American Funds.

Called me. Didn't leave message.  Don't know who they are.

Clled the number and wa told that they were calling about a proxy vote for American Funds (mutual funds).

kept calling-never left a message. Rather annoying.

Keeps calling.....no message....Very annoying.
I do not respond as I do not know who they are or what they are selling.

Called at 10:55am, as I did not recognize the caller or area code I let it ring through.  They left no voice mail message.  First time they have called, I suspect it will not be the last.  Also suspect they are scammers and cheats.

Last couple of days rec'd call. This happens every year around stock vote time. Told them I will vote opposite what the board wants as a protest to the waste of company money hiring a firm to "get the vote" out.

These guys do use automatic dialers, however they are calling people on a legitimate, existing business relationship, not violating the do-not-call list.  They called to get my proxy votes for American Funds.  They are working for my mutual fund company.

I figure it is in my interest to make sure my mutual funds are not having to remail proxies because not enough of us vote on time.  That cost stays in my investment.

I told them about the negative feelings of people above....  Perhaps they can tune up their act on dialers and leave messages.  I must say they recorded the votes for all funds I have in about 30 seconds and didn't waste my time or ask for anything untoward once I took their call.

Keep calling me and never leave a message.  Don't know anyone in New York.  They need to stop!

Jerks keep calling and not leaving a message.  They have called 6 times in 4 days and I am sick of it.  Yesterday I told them to knock it off and they still called again tonight.  What happened to the "do not call registry"?
If I pick up the phone again I won't be so nice......thank goodness for caller ID !!

Multiple calls. Annoying. Does not honor requests to stop.

I received a call from this number. The CSR asked for "Mary Ann S%#@h", who I assume is the previous owner of our telephone number. I say that there is no one here by that name, and the CSR apologizes and says she will remove our name from the database.

Received message on answering machine leaving condolences for my father, Paul. This call occured during my fathers passing but his name wasn't Paul. And how did they get my name and unlisted phone number?

they aren't allowed or should i say authorized to leave messages. they cant give out peoples information unless you are the share holder. not selling a thing just recording votes which takes like 30 seconds and the calls then end. recently people were saying the number comes up all 0's dont know why it's doing that now but the calls are being offered as a convenience to shareholders. i'm sorry they aren't honoring your wishes to not be called.

This is probably not a real proxy call. I have gotten calls for EBAY proxy (I never owned them), ING proxy (I never owned them) and now American Funds proxy (I never owned them). These are all in the last two weeks.  I suspect this is a phishing operation and not a real proxy call. In the past all of my real proxy issues with shares that I own were handled with printed material sent through the mail, never by phone.  In addition the SEC has called my cell phone eight times in the last month if you can believe the caller id. Three SEC calls were made in the same day. I have never worked in the financial industry nor been involved in any  way with the SEC. I have had my current phone number continuously for over twenty years, now as a cell number and before that as a land line. They are not calling my number because the previous owner of the number had a "business relationship".

We have gotten quite a few calls from them; they will not give up.  They asked if we got the Proxy for our Ebay Stocks.
They said my husband Bill, was noted as the Trustee for his uncle's trust.

Got multiple calls, 2-3 x/day from DF King from rotating phone numbers so couldn't block the calls.  Finally realized they were a company calling for proxy votes and I called Fidelity and took my name off their phone notification list and the calls have stopped.  So annoying.
