I have recieved several at work from a man claiming to be a senior investigative officer investigating me for a loan. He says I own for a loan and I can't even understand what company he is calling from. He says the law will come and pick me up it I do not give him my information to pay it.  I have no idea where he is getting his information. He need to stop calling me.

I have received calls from this company also person name Paul Phoenix with an Indian accent. What person do you know with an Indian accent named Paul Phoenix. The need to stop calling me!!!!

This number calls me a lot also. I have tryed to find out whose number it is but no such luck. He is a fraud!!!

A man with a foreign accent called me numerous times and left messages  saying that I owe money and that if I don't return the call, it will look like I am running away from the problem. He said either I or my attorney to call him back.

We have received SEVERAL messages from this person with heavy indian accent saying we are being investigated for fraudulent activity and that my residence is under surveillance.  I tried to call back and he wanted the number that he had called.  I would not give it to him and he hung up on me.

i received a couple of call from this # an indian guy name mike and he told me that i would received a court notice on monday if i dont have $250

received a call for someone who said they were calling from New York law & investigation dept & have a lawsuit against me. would not say what company or any further information. just need me (did not now he as talking to me) to call back to 646-389-2681 to get information. i will not be calling these scammers back unless i decide to pretend to be someone else letting them know i am in jail & will not be released until 2030.

I also have received a call from a  guy I can barely understand ,stating he is a senior investigator and saying there is a lawsuit against me ,guy cam barely speak English .

My wife recieved a call from this "gentleman", threatening to send her to jail.  Here is the thing, We have been recieving calls for a person who had our phone number prior to us.  I can substanciate this by my phones records and activation date thereof.  Not to mention just looking at my wifes id, will clearly show that she is not this woman.  I am referring to the federal trade commision!!

These people are frauds they are trying to get money out of hard working people when you call the number back lets say late in the evening nobody picks up the calls, and when you listen you hear a lot of other indian accents people making the same call to many other people saying the same thing. Think about it when have you ever known a police officer of for that matter a senior officer to ever call you home for some bull [***] such as this. And at the end of their message wishes you a good luck to you and your children.  See if I actually knew where these fools were I would come after them myself. But since this is a fraudently company where the phone number changes all the time and you really can't get an address out of them because their located God knows where it much of nothing you can do. Don't give any information, and don't provide them with any banking information. Ask them questions like where are you located, hold on let me get my attorney, or my very favorite do you know that you are validating all the laws against the FDPCA, (Fair Debt Collection Act). threating me and my children.  I asked them to come to my house I told them I have the police waiting for them along with any attorney.  I even told them to bring theirs.  That was on 3/1/11, I'm still waiting. And every time they call I say the same thing come and get me. I'm waiting. I even told the last one didn't I tell you on March 1, 2011 to come to my home and get me.  Life't a [***], people won't leave you alone.

what the hell .. i got the same exact call .. i was taken back so much i had to look up the number because i knew i didnt do anything wrong.. i was told that there is a lawsuit agianst me for fraud and criminal activities ..and that my ssn# and address was under investagation.. i didnt talk to him he left me a voice mail then wished me a good day .. so i got his voice mail which im gonna save ,..same guy too barely speaks any english i had to listen to the message like three or four times to get the full gust of what he was saying.. i feel better that im not going crazy running through my head of what i could have done ..if there is anything else to stop these guys i would like to put my two cents in . cause thats not funny to mess around with peoples lives like that .. so keep me posted hope they catch these guys

Got a call today from a "Shawn Williams' with pretty much the same scenario, except he claimed to be from the FBI or something like that (hard to tell with such a heavy accent). What I do not appreciate is the fact that they are also calling me at work!

Just filed complaints with my local PD, as well as the Internet Crime Complaint Center, The FCC, and the Federal Trade Commission.

I keep getting calls from this number. It is almost daily and they are saying all the same things that everyone else is saying. One day I have some loan they are going to send me to jail for and the next day I'm being investigated for fraud and another day I was being investigated for drugs. They tell me to call back with my attorney or I'll be going to jail. Good luck to me if I don't address this issue as it will all come down on my head.

Started getting these calls several times a day on my cell phone-when they couldn't get a hold of me-they started calling my boyfriend's phone-they recite to me the last 4 digits of my social security number-they tell me I defaulted on a loan with a finance company-I never had a loan with a finance company-the last call when I finally got a hold of someone named Christopher because I didn't understand him even after the 3rd time of asking him to repeat himself-he called me a f.................lady.....why do we let these people in our country..........please someone investigate them

They dont call me but they call a friend of mine 10 times a day, SO I am now calling them 10 or more times a day, I cussed them out and told them to come get there f-ing money, then I told them they were under investigation and the said "You can not get near to me!)  LOL nice english then we proceeded to cuss eachother for about a minute then he hung up. I am going to continue to call them until it stops!

i got phone calls from this number and i stupidly gave michael rye my debit card number. on my account
it read electronic purchase, and the phone number on this account is 877-355-0658 . i called this number to find out where my money went to and i got a voice mail of bill and collen voucher. he claims that he has gotten 15 phone calls from other people that they had the same thing on their bank statement.

This guy is crazy almost annoyed me and my friends he keeps on calling and non-stop the funny thing is everytime he will leave a message he will say he is officer jeffrey cade/ cage then couple of days became senior officer craig martin damn same f**k*** voice who just tried to read it first so slow, then changE it to fast reading documents,  then indian accent that tried to speak with tight tongue so he could change his voice he had so many bunch of numbers that he kept on changing bec. It's only a magic jack numbers he is using, please never call back if you receive from area code 646 and 609 phone calls nor 0000 ending this is a scam any debt collector had to give info. Of your debt in mail before they sent u a law suit no police officer will pick u up just bec. You owed money don't be threatened when they told u your going in jail told them SEe yah don't take it too long to bring your fake attorney and law officer!!! Don't give back any personal or banking i info to them!!! This is a SCAM!!!SCAM!!!!

Got a call from this BS people every damn day so i called back the whole day jamming their line saying A**h** you want a job f**k my pig...i make fun of them make them answer all the time they got mad now who's irritated instead they turned off their computer line that's using a magic jack no. Registered 646-389-2681 and 424-226-8418 SCAM!!! SCAM!!SCAM!!!

These are harassing phone calls and they want your social security numbers. They are con-artists.
