Time Warner Cable

Just called TWC and they looked up the number for me.....they confirmed that it is not them but a political survey.  My guess it's really a scammer trying different angles to get personal info.  I have blocked it....suggest you do same.

called at 8:45pm Sunday evening...no message one ring only....  robo call blocker got it.

They keep calling my phone looking for a guy who had my phone number about 3 years ago.
I think they are bill collectors.  I am getting fed up with them because I was able to find the guy
they are looking for easily in about 2 minutes using Google.
They are very annoying and obviously stupid and lazy if the best they can do is call old phone numbers.

Keep getting repeated calls, no one leaves a message. It seems like a scam/marketing call.

Called at 2128 hrs. Caller ID displayed 'Research NY' and 646-389-5964. Caller unrecognized and calling after hours for any legitimate caller. Number promptly blocked.

i doubt they are time warner as shows up as new york, ny & called at 9:30 pm & did not leave a message

Called us at 5:40pm asking for a relative, claiming to be for a "survey". ID said 'New York, NY'. Usually, we let unknown numbers ring, but someone picked it up by accident. Our spam call app told us it's been reported as spam. Can't say if it's a legit survey or a scam, but either way, we won't be picking up if they call us again.

646-389-5964 called twice tonight. The second call was at 9:10 PM.  I told them  1. this is the second time tonight they called me 2. It's after 9 o'clock 3. I am on the do not call list.  When I told him I was going to report him he hung up on me.

called 2x's once at 6:30 pm and then again at 9:50pm.  didn't leave message.

I pressed 1 to discontinue calls, still got 3 more calls in 24 hours, 2 after 9PM and 1 more after 10 PM. No one answers when we pick up.

They call 4 times a day. I blocked number but it still rings once. They call every morning,afternoon,evening,even11pm.If they continue it's harassment.Time to report the number.So much for no call list.

Once again, another number who calls once and the block picks it up. This group home for disabled has received over 60 calls needing to be blocked this year.
Time Warner informs me that overseas calls now have the technology where they switch to spoof a US number before Caller ID can locate the REAL location which is probably AFRICA.

They called around 7 pm yesterday.  It was a political survey.  She asked questions about our local House of Representatives race and the Presidential race.  I don't usually answer these calls but I went along.  She was nice and I'm fed up with the election.

Called Thurs the 19th at 8:09pm. My husband answered the phone but they specifically asked for me. Told me she was conducting a political survey, asked if she could ask me some questions.. She asked two: First question inquired as to whether I was a journalist or if I worked for a politician or was affiliated with such. Second question was whether or not I planned on voting on Nov 8th. That's it. Pretty  strange survey.

"She" called and asked about a survy.. I ask if she is a recording she very jokingly said, "hahaha, no i  am very human." asked my zipcode, which i gave a false one, not my real one.. Then asks my income status, how much i make a year.. i said prefer not to answer.. she said I was to be entered into an ipad mini give a way.. then she just stopped speaking and hung up..

Doubt if real or fake..
