got a call saying they were IRS and they would turn info in to your county courthouse and to call them back

Claims they will take me to the county courthouse. They want me to call them. Not happening. Such issues are handled with the mail service. It's a scam.

three calls saying my name was on a law suit and would be going to court -- call them back.  Like NEVER!

Received 3 messages on voicemail, today between 9am-2:30, stating to call them back before they file a lawsuit at local courthouse.

This is SCAM!!! do not fall into it. I noticed the person who picked up the phone has an indian/pakistani accent.

Same MO as the others. I have 3 calls today, but several others in the past weeks.  Today's calls say call back or they will contact our county courthouse. Previous calls identified themselves as IRS--call back or else...  Even got one "final warning".

Same here, 3 messages in 3 hours.

The exact same thing happened to me today - 3 calls, my name, would be going to court...
