On the no-call list, but we continue to receive this automated message: "This is your second and final notice to lower your credit cards interest rates..."

On no call list and did not recognize the #.  I left it ring but they did not leave a message.

Received call saying this was my credit card company and this is my final notice to lower my rate - on do not call list ? report them!

Told "Mr. Williams" when he called that I was recording the call and if he called again....then the coward hung up...bet they do not call again..!

I finally pressed 1 to find out more about the "financial stimulus" so I could warn the caller about violating the DO NOT CALL registery.  He would not let me talk until he rambled on a bit and said that I had to owe $5,000 or more to qualify.  I responded that I did not owe any past due credit card bills and before I could remind this person about the do not call violation....he just hung up.

These are the same [***] that call from different numbers with the same recording.  They are scammers.  Usually they offer you an "option to be removed from our calling list, press 1".  When you press the 1, they simply call you from another number.  They have been calling me every day for weeks.  I am going to get the loudest whistle I can find...and keep it by the phone.  I will press the option to speak to a representative.  When he or she answers I am going to blow it so loudly that their ears ring.  I am absolutely at my wits end with these poor excuses for human beings.

They are calling me repeatedly, despite me being on the "no-call" list.

I got the same phone call about lower my interest rates on my credit cards...never pressed 1 just hung up.  Also on the no call list

who tracks the phone company that owns this number? do they know the number is used by telemarketers?

this number calls us 2 to 3 times aday I speak to someone who can not speak good english and tell the I am on the do not call register and they hang up and then with in the 1/2 hour they call back and I start all over again EVERY business day this happens the "Do not Call Register" is not working again....

Keeps calling about credit card fraud, always their "2nd notice" and obviously a scam.

How do we get them to stop?  I'm also on "Do Not Call" Registry!  This is illegal.  Has anyone tried reporting to local police department as harassing calls claim?

Got a call from 646-407-3256 -- pressed 1, and when a REAL PERSON came on the line I blasted with with an AIR HORN. Doing so is TOTALLY legal as they are the one that called me!!!

got the same message pressed one and asked for the company name twice before being informed that it was credit card services. informed the caller that i was on the do not call list and that i was turning them in to the states attorney general office at which point he told me to turn him in to my mammy. the [***] don't care as they are in new york and know we can't get to them.

My parents have gotten three phone calls today alone. If I get one more phone call from this number that being 646-407-3256 I am going to file a 1.8 Million dollar law suit against them. I am an attorney and I will make sure that this happens. I know the phone call is coming from NY.  THIS NEEDS TO STOP RIGHT NOW OR ELSE. I WILL FILE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT NO IF'S AND OR QUESTIONS ABOUT IT.
