Incoming VOIP call (could tell from the line quality) from QTNetworks wanting me to invest $20,000 into their company.  Said the investment deal was only open to non US citizens (I am in Canada) and that average returns were over 1200%.  Immediately identified as a scam and asked him not to call again.  Website is at www.qtnetworks.com

Full CID information did not come up, but web search of the company name turned up the phone numbers

I had the same call, I live in the Netherlands, tried to sell me also 2500share under regulation S. It sounds also to good to be true what they offered as an return on the investment.

I had the same calls . Mr. Jeff Morgan promised me about 1000% returns of investments. I think it is a scam too...

I did that pre-IPO investment to QT Networks Inc. I am in continous contact with them since I have invested. You can find the news on www.qtnetworks.com or www.qttalk.com 

The company is doing well and is a niche player in the telecommunication market - routing lines, VoIP, etc.

I am optimistic that they will go public when the situation on the stock markets and the financial crisis will go better...

Yes,true thats the number that shows on the display why-VOIP#-simple.I invested in this PreIPO also.I almost rejected the offer because of this chat room,but after a wise and educated research based on the documents I was provided with wsite-"qtnetworks.com and a registration with the goverment of the USA for activ companies in the USA-wsite"sos.state.nv.us" -based on this I found out that it`s a wise investment decision,because there is no SCAM that is gona be activ company payng taxes to the USgoverment and stayng in business for that long

Hi quys,I´m from Slovakia and I was also called from this company.I have just invested money into this business.Anyway the name of the company was changed into QT Globe(www.qtglobe.com).I was suspicious about that offer but I have found infos in Nevada state page,company is active and it looks is doing well.I hope it will be OK when QT enter a stock market.If somebody have some news ,please for sharing it.
PS: BTW there is not a lot of informations about QT globe on internet,it´s hard to find it.:-)

i also have got calls from this number  semes  like there a trading company all right   have a few shares with them  with about a year  . but are back now tring to sell me more  .  they are saying  they are going  on the market this year  .  anyone have any news  bought them at$ 2.50 each his name is bob stewart

I can confirm that there is a good chance they are a serious company. Yes, the cold calls from the US do not really convince at the first moment, but I spoke to some of their retail customers which confirmed they are pretty happy with QT Talk. I also invested a bit and get regular phone calls, going-public plans for autumn 2009 are mentioned regularly. Additionally, the revenue will be min. at about US$ 50 mio compared to US$ 25 mio in 2008. Still somehow to good to be true, the whole story, but up to now everyting was on the serious side.

I got in with these guys back in 2006, I got shares at $1 a piece.  Like most of you I was pretty supicious and concerned that I made a poor decision to invest but, as others have mentioned I do recieve constant updates and I ask the same questions everytime I talk to them to see if I will get consistent answers, and I have.  

The company will list on the Nasdaq.  
They hope to list around $10
There are 23 million shares outstanding, and 10 million in the float.  
the company is cash positive, increasing revenues and profits year over year. As someone menttioned above I believe next year they are expecting revenues in the $50-60 million range.

the company has changed names a couple of times, I believe it was originally I think medcom and then qt networks and now is qt globe.

These guys just called me in Portugal to invest, I told him he was waisting his time and in a very rude manner he said "I supsected that in first 10s of our conversation", and hang down the phone!!! What an [***], calling from the other side of the ocean to ask me for money and being a total prick

23 million shares outstanding? 10 million in the float?

QTGlobe has 100 million shares, but only 10 million which are not owned by the founders i think. This 10 million shares are owned by guys like me.

additionally they have an option program. If all options are selled AND used by the investors then 18 million shares will be owned by guys like me and 82 million owned from the founders.

So we have 100 Million shares, maybe not all of them floating on the nasdaq ... but they exist!

So where to you have your numbers from?

Qt globe or world or talk is a scam...if they were are a true company they would sell to US investors first and not try to avoid SEC laws and regs...be very carefull

This company is real and there is no scam.

The call comes from the US and precisely from Manhattan NY, hence the +1 Intl. code and the 646 area code. The company the call comes from is QT Globe (www.qtglobe.com) If you're not interested in buying shares, the best is not to answer the call!

I've just received a second call from NYC after a first one from bulgaria like others people here. This call left me I great trouble ... I live in France and the person i get on the phone proposed me to subscribe an preIPO for several thousand dollars.This company claims to be voIP expert and will be introduce soon in Nasdaq market (within the next 12/18 months) with a very attractive leverage.
I am new technologies expert and, as for me they web site http://www.qtglobe.com is a fake ! Let me tell you the main reason. They are supposed to be big enough to have they own network backbone in US but apparently not big enough to have a web site in US ! Strange, isn't it ?
