I have had three calls fro this number.  The first two, I asked who was paying for the "survey" and they hang up.  The third, there was no response.

They called my home September 5, 2007 from 9pm to 10:30pm 9 times.  This morning, September 6, they called at 6:45am.  This is totally ridiculuous.  They call, the phone rings once or twice and by the time I pick up they have already hung up.  I am also supposed to be a member of www.donotcall.gov and yet I get at least 3 to 4 of these calls a day.  I would like to know where I can go to file a formal complaint or block this number.

Same as everyone else. Have had a dozen or more calls. Four calls so far today. Hacked their header so from shows "UNKNOWN" and telephone number is null. No one on phone. No messages left.  Phone company can't trace.

What is this crap? What do they want? Is this the NSA checking up on us?

By the way, by leaving the telephone number null (empty), phone blockers can not stop the call. The calls always come through.

keep getting "hang up" calls.  when I did reverse call number, I got the 646-453-1349 number.  When I called that number it says it isn't in service.  So I also called 212-260-0070 and asked that they take my telephone number off the list of Central Marketing.  They said they would take me off the list....we'll see!

I just called the 212 number also to ask to be removed from the call center.  They assured me that I would.  This is the second call with a hang up that I have recieved also.  Thank you to the person that posted this number.

The caller ID says Unknown but shows the number as 646-453-1349. the caller hangs up when the phone is answered without saying anything. I am on the federal no-call list, but this doesn't stop the telemarketers- this one included. Also, my number is unlisted, so this is not something they could acquire from a phone book. I don't appreciate it and want them to stop calling.

Two calls yesterday, one so far today.

These morons have called 3 times tonight, the last time was 9:37 pm.....9-19-2007... Each time, there was nothing but a hang up...I called them back, but no answer @ 212-529-5461.. Received a phone call at 9:48 PM from 1-646-453-1349. They woke me up.  I did not recognize the area code so I did not answer, and they left no message.  

Received another phone call at 9:48 PM from Out of Area which caused me to go to the Internet.  I never answer out of area calls which appear on my caller id, and again no message was left.

I read what people had to say here. The only reason I pay for caller id is to answer the phone when when my friends or children call from a recognized number.

I called the number 212 number and had my number removed as well. thanks

I just called 212-260-0070 in NYC based on a few posts I saw here and the man who answered agreed to remove my number from their call list. So far, I have only received calls from 1-646-453-1349 and 1-212-529-6461 so removal remains to be seen!

I've received a rash of unwanted calls in the past week so I did some research on possible ways to stop these companies.  I read somewhere that the reason there is a "lag" before a telemarketer says hello is that the automated system is waiting for a real person to answer and not a computer tone (you know, the Do...DO..DOOOO sound).  Evedentily, if this sound is heard, the computer drops the call and starts dailing another number.  Well, I searched the internet and found that message (Sorry, you've reached a number that has been disconnected...) with that sound in front.  Anyway, I've already used it on the company with the number above as well as two other companies today.  We'll see if it works....

started getting these calls this afternoon, some with the 646, some out of area, some unknown name and number, and then found the sites like this one.  Called back the number and got the "cannot be completed as dialed" message.  Will now call the NY number and see what happens.
