read all post here and i complaint against the police department but here want to make all you sure that don't go on this post because i did the same mistake and police departement had verified all information about them and then they came to my house to pick me up . i was confused that time then i went to the police and i called my attorney then he set up all that and i paid $2030.10 to the federal court because of the reason i made a mistake . don't go on the posts guys ...some time you would be in big trouble.....

Recieved a call today <12-6-2011> from 646-461-1383 from a guy who went by "Officer Chris Martin" with an indian accent...this is a scam...If I owed any debt, I would have recieved something in the mail...DONT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY!!!!!


Also on another note: I had it confirmed that it was fraud because I filed a report with the sheriff depatment and the officer that I talked to told me that Law Enforements don't ask for money to stop or cancel the "criminal counts" that "officer chris martin" said I had...

I received a call on my cellphone from someone who said that the were an officer with the City of NY Criminal Law Division telling me they were filing a complaint for 5 different felony counts with the federal court in FL that I would be arrested &  incarserate by this evening unlss I showed up in NYC courts by 12:30 today.  Te man gave his name as Officer Michael Black.  Upon doing research I found that this man was trying to perpetrate a fraud aginst me by getting me to send him through Western Union $928 for a payday loan which I never had.  I contacted the NYC Law Dept of investigations who told me that they do not have an office that name & they donot threaten people over a debt they try to work with them to resolve the issue. I filed a complaint with NYC and as welll as with the local PD.

I have been harassed by these people going on two years.  I have talked with several different men who have heavy India Accent, but they all have common names.  The most recent was today from Officer James Carter.  His Caller ID was 911, but left the number 646-461-1383. When the calls come thru it shows two calls from the same number at the same time.

He claimed he was from the Legal Department of Law Enforcement.  He said their is legal allegations filed against my name and SSN.  They have always ended the message with Good Luck as the Legal Actions Unfold on you...

got the same message this afternoon, officer james carter the thick accent guy has a claim against my ssn and will arrest me. . The number 646-461-1383 has been calling for awhile but this is the first message. He must be getting desperate for xmas money, since he called 3x in arow before getting my voicemail.

so what exactly are you saying? I don't understand?? Did you get arrested or not? What did you have to pay $2030.10 for?? Lastly, why don't go on the post?? I am confused??

I received a call today at work from 646-461-1383.  He left a message on my work number voicemail.  He had a very heavy accident (India, so it was very hard to understand him.  He said his name was Officer John Smith from the law enforcement legal department and that I have a pending legal action against me under my name and social security number and if either my attorney or I don't contact them there will be legal consequences.  I called the number back and another man with a very heavy accident answered the telephone, I asked him what jurisdiction they were in, he would never answer me.  I then asked for "officer john smith".  The phone went quiet for a few seconds, and the same man said this is officer john smith.  I gave him my name, again asked what jurisdiction they were in.  Still no answer.  I then asked him the social security number they were referring to and the line went dead.  They called my cell number again a little later.  My question is how these bozo's got my work number and where they got my cell number, I only give that to people I know.  Creepy.

I received a call today from 911! It immediately scared me to see that I had a missed call from them thinking there was an emergency. The voice mail stated it was Officer James Carter and he left a return number of 646-863-8625. He had an Indian accent so thick I could hardly understand him, the summary of this voice mail is basically that I am facing legal action against me and I should not disregard this or it will affect me and the people around me! It ended with good luck as the legal actions unfold on you...  Luckily I had read all these posts prior to calling him back.  When I called the 646 number he answered and said something I couldn't understand, I said who am I calling? Suddenly his voice changed and said oh ftc its the ftc, I asked is that what you said the first time? He said is your ssn# blah blah blah.  Which he knew, unfortunately.  I said no and why would you need it. He just started rudely talking over me, stated I had received a  pay day loan into my bank account and now this company (which he wouldn't tell me the name of) wants the money back, that I am being charged as well as my ssn# for money laundering, fraudulent checks, wire fraud and internet bank fraud, I simply said I have all my bank records, I have never received any pay day loans and therefor I cannot owe any company money for that.  Now he is pissed... Well are you going to pay this back through us or do we have to take you to court, I am looking to help you and end this criminal case by paying us.  I then informed him that impersonating the FTC and an Officer of the Law were illegal and I knew what he was doing, also calling from the 911 emergency number cannot be legal.  He told me to **** off and do whatever I want because he has my ssn# and I will be charged.  This is beyond disturbing.
