They called and did leave a message. Said she was with Pinnacle Financial.

Absolute sleeze ball organization. I have been paying on some old debt every month for a year and a half and have just six months left to pay and JUST NOW, in the past month, they have started calling me every single day asking me to pay more than what I give or to set up automatic withdrawals with my bank. I refuse to give this company my bank information. So they are wasting more money calling me than they will ever get back. Seriously thinking about reducing my monthly pay to the absolute bare minimum you can on the site, cause they are so sleezy. (and I have unlimited calling on my phone plan :-)

Got calls from this number in the past few days, never leave any messages.

Received two calls in two days speaking with different agents. First day I even spoke with a "manager". This number is registered to a debt collection agency and they insisted on getting my banking information (bank name and routing number). When I offered an alternative method of payment, they saw it as me refusing to make payment arrangements. They wanted everything done on their terms. Called the originator of the debt and they accepted my method of payment. They are rude, uncooperative and unprofessional. Do not give in to them. There's always another way to settle your debts.

Call was from Pennical Financial in an attempt to collect a debt. They insisted on getting my banking information or requiring me to buy some type of pre-paid debit card from a grocery store in order to settle this debt. I offered to send a check through the mail and they told me that the US Postal Service is an "unsecure method of payment." I, in turn, told them that giving out my banking information to anyone (especially over the phone) is an unsecure method of payment to me. They use intimidation in their tactics just short of threatening. This is a clear form of harassment.
