they called me today unavalible then gave this number 6464995078 to call back and get my loan. so i decided to do research glad i did or i would have been next.. the name im getting is JIMMY WALKER. THEY NEED TO BE IN JAIL...

I was caled from united payday loan and am Indian named Harry which I thuoght was funny in the 1st place asked me how much I wanted a loan for I said 8000 he gave me the number 6464995068 so I looked up the number and seen the complaints, I called and left a message with jimmy walker and caled him a lier and a thief,he caled me back and said I don't think I don't want to give u the Loan and called me a professional begger and hung up,how professional is that.also watch out for Californian cash loan scam and winners international and a man named auther Francis who ripped me and my mother out of over 1000 bucks its illegal to take money up front for a loan in the us
I called the FTC on these people

i dont know whether its a scam or not but i received a loan of $3,000. from the same place.

How can i get my money back?

Please keep reporting this number,  they call up to 10 times in a row asking for a deposit to give you a loan.  It is illegal in the US to ask for money up-front or a loan.  They also use 510-256-5082.

Jimmy Walker scammed me also. I should know better because both of my parents are federal agents. I should've asked them for advice first instead of giving in to some ridiculous ass scam! Now I'm out of $305 that I will never get back! Then the stupid ass [***] had the nerve to say that I had to put down another $390 in order to get the loan because my social security number so called had red flags. So, my mom had to check and see what activities were going on on my social security number, and there were no red flags! For his sake I would change my number if I were him because she has alot of connections in New York which is where Jimmy Walker is located. I kept him on the phone so that his location could be traced with my awesome phone and app on my phone that can trace calls and the exact country, city, state, address, etc. Pretty stupid of him to try this [***] in New York of all places.

I'm so glad I came in here and read about Jimmy Walker because I was very close to giving him $335 (1 hour from now, I would have). He contacted me on 2/8/13 and gave me the same pitch. Today, I'm at my desperate moment where I will give my last penny to secure the so-called approved loan of $5,000, so I called and some moron name Mac (he even spelled it for me, how dumb is that?) tells me that Jimmy is away because his wife gave birth today and he'll be back tomorrow. I have 4 kids, my husband didn't spend only 1 day to be with me & our newborn. Jimmy must be having a camel since they have Arabic/Hindu/Indian accents. My daughter is in Arizona and is desperate to come home, and that will only cost me $150 which I was ready to give to these heartless [***]. The good news is, my daughter is coming home, and they are out of luck with scamming from me and my family.

my rent due tommro and he took 350 said for a 6'000 dollar loan , im so hurt by this [***] because he said i call back in one hour never did never , sent any money ,

6/13/13 - spoke to Jimmy Walker; approved for a $1500.00 loan but requested $200.00 to be paid via Greendot Money Pack.  I sent the money called Jimmy back with the digits from the MoneyPack and he promised the funds (including the $200 "Good Faith Pmt" would be in my bank account within the hour.  It has been 24 hours and there is still not deposit made to my bank account.  
Jimmy instructed me to call him as soon as the funds were deposited into my account.  I have attempted to call Jimmy multiple times having to leave messages and with no return calls.  
I am very angry and want my $200.00 back.  Would like better if they would honor the loan they approved as well considering they ran a credit report on me.  
Will be calling FBI and Washington Department of Financial Institutions to fight this left.  Hope I can atleast get my $200 back.
