I hear this number is a scam... also called me...

Scam I think... they called me too

This is a scam. They want you to validate your personal info (including SS#) and then they tell you that they work for a Pierce Law Firm (this is not a true claim) and that you owe money for a loan (that you never took out) and if you pay them around $500.00 they will settle the issue for you.
Do NOT believe them. They called me (not a smart call) had the nerve to leave a message on my home answering machine. I call them back at least 5 times a day leaving a voice message requesting they call me back. Once you tell them you know they are scam artists they will not answer your calls. I think we all need to work together and everyone that gets a call from them don't just ignore them, call them back. Make them prove you owe them money. Make them talk to you and answer questions. Spam them as they have spammed all of us! They speak very little English and if questioned hard enough lose it completely. Don't give them any information but push them for theirs. They will fold quick and hang up. But DON'T let them. Call them back and keep them answering for what they are doing to people!

they were calling from this number but they called and said the number has been changed to 646-355-4189 (FIELDS OFFICE NAME KAVIN BENSON) when I try to return their calls it goes to avoice mail he even calls my job at least 3 times a day PAYDAY LOAN I paid him$200.00 now he says the balance is $310.00 which I am not going to pay I have contacted a lawyer

I just received the same phone call from (646)355-4189 from a Kevin Benson from Pierce Law Office. They should not be allowed to do this! I kept asking for more information and told him I was at work, but he said I could call him back and he would wait around in the office for me. I am so happy I saw this page before I called him back. Thanks for sharing your stories. Now I KNOW these people are a scam and they will be hearing a piece of my mind once I get off work!
