GOT A CALL A FEW MINUTES AGO FROM THIS NUMBER FROM AN "OFFICER DAVID BEAN" HE STATED THAT THIS WAS MY LAST WARNING BEFORE THEY TAKE LEGAL ACTION. THE MESSAGE WAS THREATENING THAT IF I DIDN'T CALL THEM BACK THAT I WOULD FACE 20 YEARS. OFFICER DAVID BEAN STATES THAT THEY ARE GOING TO SEND THE POLICE TO MY WORK AND HOME.

I was a fool. I took out payday loans. I have since paid all of the payday loans back except for one which will be paid off in the next two weeks. I do not feel this is right. I am going to ignore the threats. you cannot tell me that you are going to send me to jail for paying off a loan. This is harassment.  DO NOT TAKE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER. BLOCK IT!!!

Very harassing phone call from a Senior Atty. J. Parker on behalf of cashadvance.net.  No loan was ever taken from this business as my bank records indicate.  However, this caller was threatening and stated if i did not make a payment my family could bail me out of jail and I could explain to the court.  

Your caller is a FRAUD! Debt is a civil matter, not criminal. By your callers use of this threat he has proven that he's nothing more than another douche trying to scam money for a living. Ignore him or block his calls.

Just received another phone call from my "friend" Senior Attorney J. Parker threatening me to go to jail and arrest by the sheriff's department for bank fraud.  Latest in a series of telephone calls, on in the same manner, from Mr. Parker and his associates.  When questioned he cannot produce any documentation or court file numbers.  Laughed in his face.

Made some inquiries a while back into a payday loan but never followed through as the terms were outrageous.

I got 2 calls from this number saying I was about to be arrested for a pay day loan. I dont have a pay day loan. He started yelling and cussing at me and told me to wait by my door to be arrested. I really am not stupid and wouldnt fall for that mess ! Pick on someone else ..wait no just go away !

They keep harassing me saying I owe them money when I have none out there.

Calls my phone threatening to have me arrested. Says he's with the NY State's Attorney's office.
Has now threatened to call my place of employment and get me fired.

By the way "Senior Attorney J. Parker" stated that he was an attorney out of New Your...Funny, The New Your State Bar Association never heard of him. This guy is a serious douche!!

I wish these clowns would find something else to do, other than harass innocent folks. Leave people alone, and get a real damn job!!!

this guy with a heavy indian accent calls to leave a message saying somebody has  filed a penal case against me , he knows the last 4 digit numbers of my social, and says unless i call inmediatly to settle this lawsuit I will go to jail. Of course I hate this urine colored indian [***] ,he should be found and sent back to calcuta or some other [***] where he is from a steady diet of rat meat will make him happy. Why do we put up with this geneticaly inferior [***] ,why suffer the fustration of hearing the voice of this low lifes

This is a scam number.  Not uncommon.  Debt is usually civil and takes a long time to get to a criminal warrant and most agencies will not come and arrest you right then based on some out of state attorney whining.  Tell them to mail you documentation, get off the phone and let them pound sand.  Don't be fooled.
