Had missed call from that number.....telephone said Local Call.....New York City is not local call for CT.

I got multiple calls from 646-503-1702 asking about my recent surgery like knee replacement, I never had a surgery done, not sure where they got my number. The guy was speaking with heavy accent I could not understand him asked to remove my number from their calling list and hanged up.

I just received a call from this number.  Thank God, I didn't pick it up!

Skammmmmmersssss! Do not answer or reply!

I keep getting calls from this phone number.  I answered it once and a man with a heavy accent told me that he was asking people who have just had surgery.  I told him I haven't had surgery since 1978 and how did he get my number.  He said he got my number from my medical records.   I told him to never call me again but I get calls every day.  I do not answer the calls anymore.  How do you get these people to stop?

That is bull because your medical records are private.   I had to look carefully at the number because my brother in NY has a 646 area code.  I will not answer the phone unless I know who is calling.

I just received a call from this number minutes ago and didn't answer because I was at work. I recognized the area code was from New York and thought it could be a family member who lives there. I tried returning the call and it doesn't ring but a very loud middle eastern music plays. I hung up after a few seconds.

I tried to call back and received a hangup! How unprofessional!!! Possible scam artists!!!

Had a call from 646-503-1702.  I did not recognize the number so I did not answer.  Person calling did not leave a voice message.  Call was from New York.

Calling from "Medical Health Center"; Foreign representative's name was "Tom Nick". Was told they are Headquartered in Miami, FL. After pressing for business address, none was given.  Was transferred to a "Supervisor" who hung up the phone when pressed for the same information.

Business fraud is a serious offense and should not be taken lightly.  Press for information when you receive phone calls such as these.

I received two calls from this jerk on 2/3/14. I told him to let me speak to someone that speaks English and he says we have a bad connection and starts his spill over again. I had to stop him and tell him I was on the do not call registry and not to call back. He laughed and said O.K. He called back later that evening and started the same thing. I told him that I had been through that with him earlier this morning and he better not call me anymore. He has not called today, but I know the 646 area code now and will not answer any more calls. It said it was a local call and I live in N.C. and did not recognize the number. These people should be sent back to the country from where they came.

I made the mistake of answering, and some guy with a heavy accent asked for "Evie". He's called before, asking for the same person. I told him he had a wrong number, he'd called before and needed to stop it, take my number out of his database. I'm not optimistic though. I didn't let him get into his pitch, just hung up.

This number harasses me all the time.  Some kind of medical scam.. Heavy Indian sounding accent.  The last time I actually did pick up he i asked why they keep calling me as I have nothing to offer .. At all to whatever if is they want.. They guy actually told me hd was in love with me. WTF HOLY F@*# !!! Do yourself a favor and do not answer or block the call.

Calls multiple times a day - no messages left. I have simply blocked the caller after researching the number here.
