Got a call on the 25th ..Color ID reads OCC Phillipin..no message

This number keep calling me. I am on the do not call list

This number called and nobody would say anything. That pisses me off. The idiots could at least say hello.

Received a call from 646-517-1563 on 11/05/2014 at 5:50 PM, CNAM read as "Unavailable." I called back anonymously in order to attempt to gain some clues as to what this is about, and heard the following recording:

"Welcome to our customer communications management platform. It is likely that you have been contacted by one of our representatives, and are calling back for additional information, or to request that we refrain from calling you in the future. Please listen to the following prompts, and select the information that best meets your needs. If you would like to be connected to one of our customer service representatives, please press 1 now. If you would like to have your telephone number input into our do not call database, please press 2 now. If you would like to leave a voice message, please press 3 now and it will be delivered to our customer care department. If you would like to report your concerns regarding our marketing practices, or to provide your comments to the regulatory agencies that govern our industry, please press 4 now. Why did I answer, because I almost always always reject calls fom unknown number.  A lady said she works for nonprofit, trying to raise money for free mammograms for all women - would I make a small donation when the envelope comes to me.  I declined, hung up, now blocked.
