Received multiple calls from (646)527-9097 stating that one of my personal loans have been approved yet I the only loan i applied for is from my bank so first off how did they get my number and why do they keep calling when I tell them they have the worng number?! Next i received 2 voicemails explaining who what and why they are calling and again after talking with this individual (yes he has an accent and cannot speak clearly) he still continues to call. The last straw has been that his last message on 10/23/13 @ 10:23 am PST he leaves a voicemail where he is moaning and telling me "f**k you" the message lasts almost a minute long of moaning and swearing. Is there nothing we can do to stop these harassing phone calls.I plan on posting the good and bad voicemails on facebook twitter and what ever social media wesites I can to stop this company and harassing employee from calling me and others. I am pissed and irritated!!

I got a call that there was a federal law suit against me for internet fraud the person said his name was mr paul said he was from the legal department but not what legal dept and  to resolve this issue i needed to send  480 or  would be arrested by noon tommorow  the person sounded indian so more than likely thats an alias

Don't worry about him.  He's probably living in some dark corner of his mother's basement in a foreign country using a magicJack (it IS a magicJack number, by the way) he bought over the Internet from some unsavory source to extort extra spending money from gullible people to support his drug habit.  They have no idea how the US legal system works, and hope that you don't, either.

It's easy enough to call your local police department to confirm.

Call keeps calling leaving crazy messages threatening people!  

Receive more than 20 calls from this number in an hour. Stating my loan is ready and when I refuse their service and ask to be removed from their call list he begins to make sexual requests. I stated I was calling the local police dept. he hangs up and calls back and proceeds with the same dialog as previous. The calls come in from several different numbers but this is the number that he calls from the most.

Scam. Don't touch it.
