- SV from Calif| 1 replyReceived a call at my work number and cell phone for the 55th time this year. The East Indian male scam artists now have a female contacting me by the phony name of Monica Smith. I instructed her yesterday never to contact my business phone again or my cell number. I told her I knew their operation was a scam......the same exact script on the message gave her away....go figure. She called again this a.m. at 6:55 and left the same threatening message. This is a pre-paid phone number they are using....along with all the others. After calling back 3 times I finally got to leave a voice message. I warned her and the others to stop contacting me at any number they have for me. I advised I would provide this other pre-paid number to my local and federal authorities since they are being investigated. Then I continued to call and leave annoying messages.....with loud music, dialing throughout the message just to turn the tables on them and give them a taste of harrassment. I find when I do this for 2 days in a row they somehow stop calling me for at least a month or two. I suggest you turn the tables on them. call them by blocking your number first by dialing *67 then their number. Provide them your name and warn them you know they are not a legitimate collector and you will provide your federal government and phone company with every number they leave for you to call back to aid them with their investigation. Then keep calling and dial in their ear, play loud music or just anything else to harrass them.
- Caller: Phone Collection Company

- army1 replies to SV from Califdon't give them the time.. do not give them your name.. just keep saying no to them. no, no , no , no, no
they'll stop calling if you don't give them an idea that they are getting to you. don't call them back, don't even respond to them.
if they know they are just wasting their time, they'll stop. it seems like forever, but eventually they will.
if you do answer the phone and you know its them ( caller id) get a whistle and blow in their ear. kinda funny to do to them
but by all means do not converse with this scam company - AnonymMy wife, who is a 6th grade teacher with Omaha Public Schools, had a message from someone named Mark Robinson, who also had a heavy Indian accent, claiming to be with some counseling service. My wife has told the office staff to tell ANYONE with a heavy foreign accent that she is not available. So I got a message on my answering machine from an "Unknown Name, Unknown Number", and he left the same, threatening message, ironically, right after my wife called and left me a message!! Do these people think that we are gullible enough to put up with this crap? The Federal Trade Commission has a website with a section specifically set up for complaints such as these. I reported three of them to the F.T.C., and the calls stopped from those numbers! Use the system! It DOES work, and use the methods SV from Calif used also. I have one of my wife's playground whistles that I'm going to use!
- Caller: Corporate Counseling Service (sic)

- BSCallDo NOT engage with these people. They are all liars and jerk. You don't owe them anything. They got an Internet line to call you. The number they tell you to call is usually a NY number but they'll tell you they are in Washington DC. They say they are DC Corporate Law Offices. Yeah, right- in New York! ha ha
I totally mess with them because they have the exact same script saying they are Jim Brown, Alex Brown, Walter Smith- whatever. You Do NOT owe them anything. They are most likely from India and you will barely be able to understand them. Mess around with them and then they will tell you that you are a "primary suspect" in a legal matter and that they will be calling your work and get you fired. I told him I'm my own boss and that I wouldn't be firing myself.
What a joke!
9 months ago they got my number and I reported it to the FBI. This is the first they've called since I told them I reported them. If you get the call, I encourage you to go on the FBI website and report it.
IT'S A SCAM. Don't fall for it.
I called them 30x today and they are so aggravated with me. They actually told ME I was harassing them! I asked them how it felt. I'd change my voice with every call. Sometimes I'd say I worked there too. They are so frustrated and said "Don't Call Back! Ever!" Guess, I'm not the primary suspect.
Ha HA!
Will again be reporting to the FBI.- Caller: DC Law Offices
