Phone call on ans. machine from 11:30 a.m. Garbled voice, but definitely ESL person saying that I or my lawyer should return the call. If I didn't what happens will "fall back on you". Such accented English that I couldn't understand all of the message

I just received the same message from this number 1:30pm 10/4/16. The caller was not ESL person but his language skills were very poor. At the end, he mentioned "this is time sensitive...if your attorney does not call back...I can only wish you good luck".

I also got the same call about me needing a lawyer for some offense I did . But I called the number back,and I must have gotten his partner. He told me that they deal with guy's who pay for sex. Then he proceeded to ask if I wanted a girl or a boy. I proceeded to tell him that what he just asked me is highly illegal and I am reporting the phone number to the police. I tried calling the number back today and it was disconnected.
