(646) 616-3393 - I'm on an iphone - so I sent an immediate 'I'm busy, what's up?' MSG when I saw the call. No reply.

For several days this number called and then hung up when I answered it. 2 days ago they asked me to participate in a survery. I apoligized and told them that I don't participate in surveys and to please take me off their list. Yesterday they called again and I told them the same thing. Tonight, they just called, at 10pm when we are sleeping. They are terrorists. By calling at odd hours and hanging up and persisting to call after I have asked them not to call is terrorizing my family. I am sure when I report it, to the local district attorney's office, they will agree with me.

At least a dozen calls from 646-616-3393 in the past 2 days & today is not over.
Smartest purchase I've made recently, was a panasonic phone that blocks numbers. It won't stop them from calling, but it does stop them from bothering you. Goal met.

This number has been bothering me for the past two weeks. I answered one day and ask them to put me on their do not call list. I even told them I am not interested in surveys. To no avail, they still call.

Received call to do survey asked the company name she said SSRS phonetically when asked. Asked what call center she was calling from and with prodding she said Universal Survey and it was located in Manhattan. She didn't know anything about the company or headquarters. I decided to do the survey and it was a long multiple subjects and questions of gaining personal information. She was acceptive of I didn't want to answer many questions. At the end I asked about their internal Do Not Call list and opt-out options and told me they weren't selling anything but I insisted to not be called again. Didn't recognize the number, but answered anyway. "John" said something about a survey. I said I am on the "Do not call" list, and hung up.

Got a call from this # at 19:46 didnt answer.

Stop calling me!!!  This is absolutely the most irritating [***] ever!!!!

Harrassing us since I several days ago started to participate in some survey (?), realized they (?) were asking too many types of occupation questions, and then hung up.  Have called us 9 times today, and several times yesterday.

Remove my number from your list and do not call me again.

Do not answer these calls when out of my area code and when they do not leave a message...You know who they are! Worthless calls early in the morning and late at night. Wasting time....Never will answer....And I do mean never.

We also recently purchased the Panasonic phone and it is the greatest to be able to block ALL those unwanted calls!

Call at all hours, multiple times a day, hang up as soon as you answer. I hope the people in charge get cancer.

This number kept spamming my phone up so I blocked contact with it, I recommend all do also.
