they are calling my phone saying they are a lawyer and and they have all my info and idk how and they arent lawyers because they cnt even say their firms name or come up with one

I received a voice mail message today from a heavy accented " Michael". I could not understand anything he was trying to say to me. He was very rude. I kept asking what this was about and he stated that the FBI were filing a lawsuit on me for three counts of "fraud" and "receiving monies with the intention of not paying back" and "death by aggression". What ever that means!! I asked to speak to an unbroken english speaking person, put me on hold several times, spoke to supposedly 3 different indian men, Kevin, Michael, and Scott, strange foreign names you know!!! They wanted my lawyers name so we could settle this about a payday  loan. I have never received a payday loan in my life!! They had all my information including SS#, address, and then when I realized the scam, I hung up, called my local sheriffs office and reported it. Received another phone call 6468083838 (different number) saying they know i called the police and to be careful going to sleep tonight!!  OMG, what is this world coming to.  GO GET JOBS AND STOP TRYING TO SCAM THE HARD WORKING AMERICANS THAT ARE STRUGGLING BECAUSE OF YOUR EVIL [***]!! FOLKS ITS JUST A SCAM, DONT LET THESE CRIMINALS WEAR YOU DOWN AND FOR SURE EVERYONE WHO RECEIVES THESE CALLS, REPORT THEM TO YOUR LOCAL AUTHORITIES SO WE CAN STOP THESE IGNORANT SOBS!!!!!!

I got the same exact call Brianna'sMom, telling me that if I did not call back immediately that only I would be responsible for what is coming!!! I WAS LIKE WTF??? I AM REPORTING THEM ASAP!!!

They called me too....saying that the police are coming to my door tomorrow to arrest me.

That is funny because I keep getting a call from a michael stating I got a loan for $795.00 and never paid so now there is a hearing and I will owe another $5000.00 and so on . He even called my mother and told her it is her responsibility to have me pay. I am calling the attorney general today. I am just trying to get online to find more information on this company. (LLC law offices out of new York city)

Ok so I called the Police and the guy that came over really didn't do much. He said to ignore it for now, but now I find out that they are calling my little brother and also leaving messages on my X-husband's phone!!! Hi everyone I called back the number to get more information the address is 229 Eleventh st New York City 10026. Fax# is 807-4683. For my account it was from advanced amrica cash . He did not have an account number for me and refused to send me a letter stating I owe this bill. I have 3 aligations. In the mean time he hung up on me numerous times. Each time I called back. Before he hung up on me the last time he stated the police will be at my house tomorrow with papers for me . I told him to bring it because I will be waiting. I suggest to everyone to call the attorney general. I have done that waiting for complaint application. In the mean time I am writing times and dates of each call and trying to remember everything they say.

ok everyone I did more homework. I called advanced america cash advance. She told me it was a scam. Heres their number 1-800-916-6519. Also she gave me the number to federal trade commission. Which takes down all your information and sends LLC law firm a letter for you. Their number is 1-877-382-4357. I suggest all of you to do the same.

I have had these people try to scam two of my employees. When I get on the phone with them the same voice uses three different names. The gentleman is very rude and has a strong accent. Wilson Brown, Matthew Smith, and Chris something are names that he is using. Both times he threatened that there was a lawsuit for monies owed from a payday loan. They said they were with LLC Law Office during one call and used a different company name on the other call. They threaten that the police are going to come to their place of employment and even went so far as to say that one of them would be extradited to California. This is a scam and all that receive these calls need to notify the authorities immediately. Do not release any personal information for any reason.

I got a call on both phone numbers today.  He said his name was Ricky Edwards on one message and something Edwards on the other, but it wasn't the same name.  At least get your name right if you are going to try that junk.

Nonetheless, if they were a debt collector, they are required by law to identify themselves as a debt collector on your message or machine anyway.  Idiots.

Michael left a message on cell phone stating that he was from LLC Law Office and that they needed a call back immediately or they were going to sue me. Told me if I did not call back then I would pay some hefty consequences and that he wished me luck. He also called me at work. When I called him back he stated that I owed an outstanding payday loan from 2/09. I was shocked and told him I have never taken out a payday loan. He said that I was lying and that unless I paid him $1,095 he was going to send the sherriff to my house tomorrow and serve me. When I asked him for any information regarding this so called payday loan he only could tell me that it was referred to his company by Advanced America Bank. Every question I asked him he could not provide any info, just became very threatning and hung up on me. This company is a SCAM! I do not know how they got my ph#, address, and social security #. This company needs to be investigated and shut down! I filed a complaint with the FTC and Atty General.

They called again this morning outside of legal times at 7:22am.  They are calling my cell phone using a number that isn't even 10 digits, it is 320055172.

They called my husbands phone number and my old job asking for me and when my ex-manager demanded a HIPPA form because he was demanding her to give him my current job information, he hung up on her.. When my husband called they were saying it was a legal matter and all this bull...Then Im reading everybody's comments and he told us that his name was Scottland! WTF I hate scammers..So i called them and asked for Edward or Scottland and the guy sounded stuck..so then he transferred me and gave to Ricky Edwards and I asked him what is the name of your company? He couldnt take longer to answer me and then he started trying to ask me questions and I refused so finally I told him that I was recording the conversation and I was getting my lawyer on his [***] and to go back to where u came from! and he hung up on me.. Now my husband is trying to call them back and the number is not working lol...[***]...They are not even listed on the BBB..scammers!!!! THEY NEED TO GET REAL JOBS!!!

I just received a call from this guy (very hard to understand) saying that they were suing my daughter and that it was my responsibility to get her to pay them. The # on my phone was and out of country # 320055172. He stated that he was with LLC Law Offices. I asked what this was all about and he told me that she had a payday loan from 6/09 that she owed $4200 and unless it was paid today he was going to send a sheriff to serve papers today. I knew that something was not right from the start. First if this was a legitimate company they have to inform you that they are attempting to collect a debt and they cannot call you at 6:30 in the morning. The guy was very rude when I explained this to him and continued with his threats. I told him that I was not going to provide him any information and not to call me again and hung up. After reading these complaints I have contacted the authorities and have also filed a complaint with the FTC.

This company called and left a voicemail on my phone. I could hardly understand the guy but the call came in from an unknown # 32-005-5172. He said that my attorney or I needed to return his call immediately to 646-626-4201 or they would proceed in garnising my wages. I was like WTF. So I called that number and spoke to some foreigner which I could not really understand, when I asked to speak to someone who spoke better English he put another guy on the phone, but sounded to me like the same guy. Still could not really understand what he was saying. Something about I owed money on some payday loan from America Bank and that unless I paid him 1,985 they would garnish my wages and I would be arrested. I have never had a payday loan so I told him you prove to me that I owe this money. I asked when this done and to send me that paperwork. he said that he did not have that information that it had already past that point and I needed to pay the money now to avoid the garnishment. I told him to prove it and hung up.

Well to everybody..they do reside at 229 East 11th Street! I have found out the real estate agent who deals with that building and have left him an email to see if he can give me the landlord information so therefore I can contact them and the police as well. It is not right that those idiots get away with trying to scam people and actually get money from people! We are all hard working people and shouldnt be bothered with peoples ignorance!

Let us know the outcome. They need to be charged with a crime for putting everyone and their families through this crap!

Hey everybody..if u get a phone call from them  call your local police station! They will call them while u are on the line and tell them something. At the same time I called 311...make sure you put an fraud alert on your name! Also report them to the FTC and BBB! Dont let these people get away with what they are doing!!!
