I ignored the call however in the voicemail they were saying I was approved for a loan, that I didn't apply for when they were calling at 10:30 at night.

very harassing will not stop calling   i have done the do not call list had them put me on their dont call list yet they still call

I didn't answer because I didn't know who it was. They left a voice mail and the guy said his name was Micheal Shaw from Us Credit and that I had been pre approved for a $1000 loan that I have no prior knowledge of even applying for I wanting so I blocked the number.

They called my cell. I've qualified for a loan...yipee! DNC doesn't work.

If you had read all the words on the Do Not Call signup pages, you would have learned that the No Call list is limited to "legitimate telemarketers".  It specifically exempts charities, political callers, survey companies and businesses with which one has done business in the last 18 months.

Scammers ignore the list.  After all, criminals ignore laws, right?

Remember, the DNC list is NOT a call blocker!  If you want to block repeated calls from unwanted callers, get a call blocking app, device or service (Google is your friend).

Please reply to this post to let us know you read it, and will take steps to resolve the problem yourself.

Got the same vm from this guy. Definately a scam. Unable to block as it came in as no caller id

Called my phone at 1:19 am and again at 3:53 am...scared the heck out of me and thought something had happened to a family member...next time I will answer and it won't be good.

keep calling always from different number will not stop even though they have been told to take me off their call list.

Received a call from this number.  They said that I had been pre-approved for a $1000.00 loan and wanted to know how much I would like.  I have not applied for a loan any time recently.  SCAM!

I  searching online for a short term loan.  I received a telephone message this morning saying I'm eligible for a $1,000.00 loan and to call Chris Williams on 646-663-743.ext. 356.????

The do not call list doesn't work, and I wish Michael Shaw, and US credit would stop calling.

I received a call from this number but did not answer as did not recognize the number.  This one left a mssg and it was from.....Michael Shaw!  The mssg said that I had been approved for a loan upto $1000.00.  I have not applied for any loan in the recent past.  SCAM!!

They call several times a day about a loan. They have called at 5:25, 6:30 am. as far as I know before 8 am is illegal for telemarketers. Make it stop!

Caller has made 4 calls to me today. Have them in the do not call list, yet they continue.

I kept my landline number when I went to a mobile but I have 6 calls on my voicemail from Michael Shaw. I blocked this number from my cell today, just hope it works.

I got a call that I was approved for a loan.  I called the number back several times to tell them to remove my number and they said oh yes we will remove, but I keep getting voicemail messages after I added them to my reject call list.  So annoyed.

Scammer wants bank information not legit at all

After SO many calls, I added him/them to my Spam contacts. He leaves a voicemail message-David Fisher with Provide Me Cash Loans for approved $1000 loan and call back # at (646)663-7942.

This is a NO CALL TELEPHONE NUMBER and I have reported you to the INDIANA ANTORNY OFFIC´ in Indianapolis IN,
