Received a fax from this number, asking for specific business information. Looked it up and it is a scam. One number is a US number(this one) the other is a European number. Do not respond to this fax.

We received a fax with a questionnaire which included our company information on it.  It had two return fax numbers.  This number (646-666-4376) and an international one (+49-40-950692072).  It looks like a fake subscription to a business rating/scoring agency.  The agency name noted on the fax is "Delta Score & Rating Agency".  Contact name is Mrs. Brokat and there is an ID number referenced.  Upon signature and return, the form discloses at the bottom:
Order and Terms: "The company states that the indications made above are correct and orders the full registration plus the preparation of the complete rating on request for our customers for the next two years. The monthly registration fee is set to EUR 97.  The order is legally binding and valid for all further, recurring contract periods."  THIS LOOKS LIKE A SCAM.  OVERSEAS RATING/SCORING is non-applicable to our US business as we do not trade or provide services out side of the state we operate in.  

Here you go - I'm not sure there is anything to do but you could try writing, e-mail or going to their feedback section to tell them that they are barking up the wrong tree.
