Says he is Martin Bloomberg; a VP of Bank of America in New York.  Uses the number 646-715-4284.  SCAM SCAM...
I called BOA Fraud division at 800-432-1000.  He does NOT work for the bank.  This is NOT a BOA number.

He told me that the $15,500,000 I won in a bogus lottery is being cleared by the Treasurey Dept and will be deposited into my bank account within 24 hours.  Hell.....I never even the lottery.  These people are stupid criminals.

You can't win a contest you never entered. You can't win a lottery you never bought a ticket on. The Government runs lotteries. You buy a ticket (which has numbers all over it) and if your numbers come up, break out the bubbly. If you get a call saying you won a lottery, as I mentioned, how could they call you? When you buy a ticket it doesn't ask for your name & phone number. Oh No! The scam just vanished in a puff of logic!
