- David| 1 replycheapoair.com. they called me after I didn't complete a fare online due to a price increase
- Caller: Cheapo Air
- Brian| 6 repliesCheap-o-air called me to thank me for using them to book my tickets. Sent me a discount by email. They were very nice!
- Caller: Cheao-o-air
- epscheapoair.com called me after my ticket was "sold out" and then asked me if I wanted "help". But they:
Got my name wrong.
Said I was booking from Los Angeles to Vancouver for six people when I was booking a totally different flight for 2 people.
Since they had my CC number and my address, phone and birthday I called my CC company and flagged Cheapoair in case they decided to charge me for six tickets to Vancouver.- Caller: cheapoair.com

- Tom Finn III replies to Brian| 5 repliesYou were incredibly lucky! I have used that group of vipers three times and have NEVER even been called back for any reason, and when I recently had a need to reschedule, they basically told me to screw myself! So...I am disputing their charges with my credit card company and will NEVER, repeat NEVER use them or any other online bulk ticket seller (I emailed Kayak.com for info on their cancel/change policies and got a rambling and stupid response from some bimbo who 1. did NOT answer my question and 2. made up an imaginary scenario she arrogantly assumed I was inquiring about. AND I got a better price dealing with the airline directly than ANY online bulk ticket seller was offering--apparently their massive discounts are all imaginary.
- jakei tried to book flight on line by some company and they show sold out then in the same moment receiving call from different company showing that number up there.they knew already I coudnt make it then they tried to help me .and they said we are the same travel agency but not.
- KHSame story here. I was trying to book a flight through bookingbuddy-->Tripadvisor tab, which opend a popup to OneTravel . After collecting all my personal info (Name, BoB, CC #, address), the site came back and said the tickets were sold out. After about 5 mins , i got a call from these guys CheapOair (646-738-4943) asking me what was the price i was willing to pay and quoting me another price. Looks like they are low balling and collecting personal information from unsuspecting customers. I have just called my CC company anyways.
- Caller: CheapOair
- T| 3 repliesDon't like when someone calls and asks me my CC info... Not cool
- Cathy replies to T| 2 repliesI used cheapoair website to try booking flights but after entering details it came up that the flights had increased in price. I declined the new flights and booked elsewhere. Have been getting phone calls from the same number but nobody speaks. I phoned my CC company and cancelled my card just incase. I wouldn't feel comfortable knowing they had my details stored, even though nothing had been taken from my account. The price comparison websites should remove this website from their lists.
- BECKY replies to CathyYes you are right
- becky replies to Tom Finn III| 1 replychepoair fraud
- abcI am getting back to back call from this no, and i am already done with my journey before a month , i do not understand why they call me everyday . When ever they call me i missed that call as i am on work every time . even when i booked ticket they said no booking fees and they charge me 100 $ for my booking , all bad next time i prefer to go direct airline or agent where i dont need to give my details to that kind of unknown site .

- Linda P| 1 replydo not want unsolicited calls
- SusanSame happened to me March 20th 2014 I went through all the process of booking the flight, and then it said the flight was more than $100 more, and that my credit card hadn't been charged and that someone else "nabbed" the last seat before I did.
The call came immediately - 2 back-to-back calls at 3:53 a.m. Here I was working quietly on my computer, and then the phone starts ringing waking others up in the household. They hung up when the call went to voicemail, and proceeded to call back again immediately. I had to go and unplug 2 phones so the rest of the household could get back to sleep. How- Caller: 1 648 738 4943 -
- SusanI meant to type in that the caller was 1 646 738 4943 - I typed in 648 in error above.
- T| 1 replyOn Saturday, staff from cheapoair called 4 times, on Sun called 2 times. This has been a harassment and I detest this guy and the company he represents.

- krytenUpdate: It has been over 1 hour and 30 minutes.
I was completely freaked out when I saw the flight price had changed so I cancelled my transaction, within 30 seconds my phone rang and it was cheapo air. This I must say this freaked me the H3LL out, however; after i checked the number out HERE I settled down a bit and the guy got me a really good deal. It still does freak me out a bit to have that happen (big brother syndrome) but all in all i am glad it happened. Steve Webb was the guy who helped me. I am writing this while I am on hold as they now transfer me to a vacation specialist because I wanted a couple of different hotels during my trip. Why transfer me? We shall see how the next specialist (their words not mine) takes care of me. Five minutes now losing a bit of faith now. The automated messages says "send an email", but NO! they already got my credit card and money now I'm invested. I just got an email from Steve Webb who sent a best regards followup email (wow customer service!). Sabas is the new guy, about 7 minutes now but getting help so it is better than doing it myself and I'm checking online, the deals are about what i could get. Now he made me do the credit card again (worried a bit but what the h@ll they already know everything about me now, no time to puss out. OK at the one hour and 15 minutes mark. I could do everything myself soooooo much faster, This guy is obviously just guessing. I ACCUSED THE GUY OF JUST LOOKING UP RANDOM HOTELS. He tried to put me at a 2 star hotel for $400 a night when I knew a 4 star hotel was $289. It is obvious that hotels are rated by commission and had to tell the guy where to put me because he was placing me in crap places for top dollar. I finally cancelled my last night because price mysteriously rose $100 on a Wednesday (since this was the same hotel I am staying the prior Friday night for $142, why the increase and why didn't he mention that when he booked the first night at the same hotel?. I got really mad because I told him to make the first and last night at the same hotel by the airport within the first 30 second of talking to him.? This guy is wasting my time big time! Last department 1 hours 32 minutes waiting for my car reservation to finish. Another department and another wait. Casey answers efficiently makes a car reservation and at one hour and forty three minutes I am done
They transfer you from department to department. Guess at hotels, a department that is a huge waste of time and made me fight to get good rooms.Car and flight departments were fine.
I am sure the prices are ok but is this really worth it??.- Caller: Cheap O air
