calls every day at 8:15 am est. (no response)

Same, calls every morning at 8:30 am. Answered once, a man with thick indian accent. I just asked him to quit calling my house.

These people call at all hours of the day and late into the evening.  We have answered the phone and told them we are not interested.  On Saturday they repeatedly called.  I answered, told them we weren't interested and asked them to quit calling.  I hung up and immediately they called again.  My husband took the call, and told them again we weren't interested and to stop calling.  Last night they called our home at 6:09 pm, 6:10pm, and again at 6:11pm.  My husband answered and told them again that we were not interested and to remove us from their list.  The caller was rude and my husband told them that if they called again we would report them to the sheriff.  They hung up on my husband.  Today they phoned again at 11:52 am, 11:52am and a third time at 11:53am.  I've dded our number to the no call list but can't report them for 30 days.  I will be contacting our phone company to see how we can block this number.

They call daily and never respond when I answer the phone. The only thing I have found on them is that it is for sure a cell phone and the company it is through is New Cingular Wireless Pcs. Yet another look-up I did, gave me this info, saying it's with Sprint Spectrum Lp:
