Don't know who this is - returned the call and recording said it could not be reached as dialed.  Hello!  It shows that number on my phone.  Who is this?

receive these calls 2 or 3 times a day....she says she is Rachel with Card Services..I have punched 9 to talk to a rep and told them not to call anymore but this does no good...friend of mine talked to them and got soaked on their credit card for 900.00...what can we do about these people...when I try to call back it wont ring

Just got a call and it said message from card services.To speak with a live rep press 1...They never did answer..........

Got a call from this # 7/17/12 & again 7/18/12. They said they were calling about my credit card account, told them I did not have one & to stop calling my #. The ID shows it's from New York. Told them I would report them to do not call Reg. They are suppose to be fined by do not call but don't count on it.

They called at 7:30 this morning.  How early is that?  My ID shows New York also.

Debts have SOL statute of limitations , varies by state , illegal for them to contact you beyond SOL , you must send written notice not to be contacted , recommend sending Certified Mail thru US post office , after that , something like $15000 fine per incident . You will have to use lawyer to collect .  Search for more details on internet .

Have had 5 calls this month from this number, just recorded message, which I don't resond to.

This is a credit scam that just won't stop calling.  First time (out of 4 so far) I pressed 1 to speak to a representative, told him to remove my info, and he hung up on me. Doesn't give an option to prevent future calls and the number, 646-798-8989, cannot be called back. I'm reporting this...

I don't know who this is but they call constantly and I have caller ID so I don't answer. I have a very ill husband and it is very disturbing.  We are quite elderly and don't need anything that telemarketers are selling.  I want to call the attorney generals office to file a complaint against this number.

These idiots call on the average of 4-6 times a day. I tell them to STOP - the calls continue. Don't WE have any rights against these morons who have no regard for OUR privacy. What good is the NO CALL list if we have to tolerate this abuse?

i've asked this co to take my name off the list and told them i was on the do not call list - nothing seems to work

received call today. recorded voice michael from credit card services. I guess rachel got tired of calling. Hung up immediately.

" Helo. This is Mike. You have an important message regarding your credit card. Please press 1 to speak to a live agent."

This is the second call I've received from this number in the last 2 days.

They skirt the do not call list and can't be stopped becuse they use a computer-generated fake number that changes constantly. I have blocked this same company 5 times already, different number each time.

I think an air horn might be the answer (not reallhy, but it is tempting).

They keep calling, I keep hanging up, whats the use of being on the do not call list if it does not stop these jerks. ?
