Been getting calls from this number pretty much every day for the past week or so. I haven't answered and they don't leave a message. I haven't seen any reports on this number until now, so there must be a new scammer on the loose.

They have been calling every day. Never leave any message. Annoying. I also suspect they are using other numbers to make these calls as well, so its hard to block them. Same calls, same time every day, sometimes its this number, sometimes not. Believe it is one company.

I received five times this week, it is really annoying!

I was getting at least one call per day.  Finally picked up this afternoon.  It's Time Warner Cable, calling to try to sell me on an upgrade to my current package.  

I've been receiving calls from this number a lot of times everyday and it's very annoying. Just tonight they called 5 times now but never leave a voicemail. Then on the 6th time my youngest accidentally answered it and they said it's time warner cable?

Daily calls from 646-852-xxx numbers. 2x/day. Never the same exact number, but always 646-852-xxxx. Nobody there when I pick up. After "blocking", it goes straight to voicemail but no message. Not even a recording.  Return calls, says the number was temporarily disconnected. WTF

Yes, It's Time Warner, they are calling back to ask about an automated survey to see if you got good service with their rep -- this would only really happen after you've called for tech support or to sign up for TW or whatever.  It's automated so there's no message.

They've been calling me pretty much daily ever since I came close to biting on a deal they offered for an upgrade.  It was actually a good deal, but I didn't want to go thru the hassle of a re-install.  These calls are a PITA tho and if TWC wasn't the only game in my part of town (aside from cutting the cord altogether) I'd give 'em the boot based on these ceaseless calls alone.  Ugh!

So, Time Warner is the only option for decent broadband speeds in my area, but I've already switched over to Roku streaming sticks for the 3 TV's in my house. It's a big ask to setup, but the combined cost for Hulu+, Netflix, Amazon Prime and PlayOn is less than they charge for basic local channels, all available through Roku.
