Posing as an attorney office leave very unprofessional messages which is dead giveaway and a forigner to boot. With a Amercian name KEVIN JONES.  This scam has been going around.

Calls and poses as some kind of attorney. Leaves threatening messages .calls multiple times a day. Wishes you good luck if you don't return the call. And God Bless you. People like this don't know God. And are only looking to scam someone. When I called it back and said don't call my number again he said Buzz off. Please check into this

I just answered him too and he's like he wants my attorney's information so he can execute the warrant I told him he doesn't need any information just do it

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.  They will deliver the notification without warning.

I don't take keenly to threats and I pay my debts eventually it may not be in the timely matter that they would like or the amount they want but I do pay and if that's how they're gonna harass someone to pay it I won't pay it at all and I have call block so I bet you I won't get this call again

Indian guy called from this number asking for my attorneys information and that a complaint has been lodged against me, and if I didn't give him information then I would face grave consequence. Hahaha!! What a load of Crap. It's a straight scam.

Receive threating call to attorney or matter would've turned over to the authorities.

Same scenario as sherese and everyone else....calls and threatens me with a warrant I said go ahead sir your a collection agency

Thank you for your site and that we can locate the numbers. I would be so greatfull if those people who want to harassing decent people got arrested themselves and go to jail.

Called me at work telling me I was going to be subpoenaed at 11 tomorrow. Asked me if I was aware of the lawsuit for unpaid debt. I told him not to call me at work and he said the next call would be to my supervisor and taking their paycheck. Wanted my attorneys information. I called back to tell him he had complaints on the Internet and that he had been reporte. He told me to stop playing games and hung up on me .

I keep getting the same call from a foreign person calling himself Kevin Jones. Same message to call him back or my attorney of record . Blah blah blah blah! I have gotten these messages 100s of times over last 3 years and never answered any of them. Guess what?  Not one has sued me or garnished me or had me arrested lol! 😉  THIS IS A SCAM! DON'T FALL FOR IT PEOPLE!

Says he us Kevin James from some bogus law firm.  It's totally a scam.   I'm so tired of these calls.  Why am I targeted?  If anyone can please help me to get this to stop PLEASE LET ME KNOW. I'm sick of it!  Do to make much money pay my bills, don't write bad checks or take out loans.  What have I done to deserve this??????:(

Dont pay this one. Its fake. They said I owed 5 grand. I have liliterally zero debt so....ya.

Same as everyone else. "Kevin Jones" is a jerk. Don't give him any information. It is a scam!!!!!!!

I spoke with Mr. Jones at length about this issue and have sent him a large check to fix the situation.  Hopefully everything works out.

They kept hanging up on me!! lol I told them you're a scam and don't call me back.  They screamed at me and I love the message they left calling me a fraud.  I kept asking who the creditor was.  Scarey thing is they knew the last numbers of my S.S. number.  I told them that was not correct.  Rather scarey....
